This is probably the only and the best Italian fine dining restaurant in the Atlantis on Paradise Island. The restaurant is a bit loud and too dimmed so I would prefer a bit more light and less rowdy. The food portion size is massive as a plate of pasta can feed 3-5 people; this is why it costs $50/plate of pasta. I wish they would told us about the serving size. We ended up taking the whole plate of pasta back to the hotel for not knowing the serving size. Otherwise they wee delicious.

Review: Disappointed by Excessive Portion Sizes We dined at your restaurant tonight, expecting good food. While the quality of the food itself was decent, the portion sizes are crazy— I realized that menu says, large portions for sharing, but, “large is a relative term”. The portions were enormous, far beyond what any reasonable group could eat, with each dish easily feeding 6 to 8 people. The result was an excessive amount of uneaten food, which is so wasteful and doesn’t feel good, food waste and making people over-weight. Followed by indigestion…. If management of the restaurant is reading this, changed the portion sizes, people will come and enjoy the food. The pictures listed below, are what has remained after 6 people eaten the food!

This place is not a place we would normally go but my husband made the reservation because he wanted Italian. The room was very typically old school Italian ~ I doubt it was anything original but they did a good job emulating it regardless. The service was excellent and the food very very good. The only issue is that the servings are “family style” but not just normal family style but gargantuan family style. We knew we needed to share but we could have brought 6 extra people and had plenty to eat. So, it was a shame that so much went to waste because it was really good. If you bring a party of 6-8 and share an entree and salad you will have a very affordable meal!

When I booked at Atlantis I knew Italian is the best way to go for comfort on arrival. It’s located on the boulevard and nice to walk along the board walk. We ordered the red wine Cabernet & it was amazing and had the soft tannins of vanilla. It was just us two we order the chicken Parmesan and couldn’t move basically after eating few pieces: was amazing good food : good music and our server was lovely !

I was very excited to have some italian food in the bahamas. We were sat in the back of the restaurant, the service was very slow. I had to continuously ask for my drinks to be refilled, i think my water was refilled one time without request. The lasagna was very mediocre, to be honest tasted like a frozen lasagna from the grocery store. The ravioli wasnt much better, very bland red sauce on both dishes. Garlic bread was lacking garlic/flavor. We were very nice and polite the entire time even though service and food was subpar. When we were paying, the waiter finally paid very close attention to us and once he noticed we werent adding “additional gratuity” you could feel the vibes change. We wished him a good night and he responded “yea iight” lol we are not cheap tippers.. But when the service is trash, expect the tip to be right down there with your service. I dont often leave bad reviews but this place was sub par at best, the only thing they had going for themselves was the large portions. But that should be expected with the HIGH prices.

Had dinner here with my hubby and kids. The penne a la vodka and chicken marsala were fantastic! Portions are huge, nothing like you’ve seen anywhere else. One pasta or entree will feed several people. You should make reservations though. We didn’t and we had to sit at the bar area.

We had such a marvelous dining experience at this restaurant. We were warmly agreeted upon entrance and seated immediately at our reservation time. The atmosphere was elegant and definitely giving a resort happiness vibe. The portions here are absolutely massive. They say an entrée can feed 2 to 3 people, but it actually can feed 4 to 5 people. Our server Tequila was an absolute experience!! If you come here asked to be seated with her. She gave excellent food as well as drink recommendations and was a true joy and pleasure to interact with throughout our meal. We started with the baked clans but they actually came out a little over baked so we sent those back and had the mussels instead. The steamed mussels were flavorful and delicious and we ate every single one of them and again it was a very large portion. We then had the mixed seafood grill, which was lobster, calamari, shrimp and mussels served over the pasta of your choice . We chose the white sauce and angel hair noodles. It was absolutely delicious and way too much food. We had to take home a box. The house red wine was good. We were also able to taste our friends penne, à la vodka, and it was good as well. They also have several specialty cocktails, and I had one that was mixed with champagne and it was really good. Every drink Tequila recommended was great! We were too full for dessert. I have to recommend this restaurant and I will definitely return. It is located in the Marina Village area of Atlantis resort.

Absolutely excellent food, service, ambiance, and value considering the huge portions. This is a great place to go with a group of any size, and if you go as a single family, you can expect to have leftovers. Very happy with our food and service here!
