Over-priced we took the carne mista (a mixed meat dish) but there was more chicken then meat price was €15 a head between 3 person's so €45 plus drink plus €2 coperto restorant charge

Great place for a homemade meal! All cold cuts and sausages are made by the owner and are very very good!

We had a somewhat basic - not all that tasty - meal here, but were overcharged. We ordered; Vegetarian (€2.50) Potato fries (€2.00) Hamburger di pollo (€2.50) Can of coca-zero (€1.50) Small beer (€3.50) Lasagne (€??) Somehow that came to €35. Either the single slice of lasagne was €23 or they just took advantage of the fact we didn't speak Italian and massively overcharged us, taking advantage of two tired parents with a 10 month old baby. We did eat in, but I can't see that doubling the bill. Avoid - we came here because of the recommendation in lonely planet but we would avoid them at all costs!

Service was great, owner very friendly and food came out quickly. The food is fresh, and the salumi tasty although a little bit salty for me. Shop is located on a busy road which I personally like as it is an enjoyment of local life. Fans on the outside and AC on the inside would have made this review a 5 star on atmosphere.

The food was wonderful and the service was even better. Large selection of well prepared meat.

The blackboard above the butcher counter has one set of prices, while the QR enabled menu has another. We ordered from the blackboard and were charged almost twice the price, with the explanation that we were charged the “Menu Price”. The food was ok, definitely not worth the price we paid. Lots of locals with a lively atmosphere, but we won’t be back.

Overcharged, owner couldn’t look us in the eye as we paid. Random bill. 6 line items but only 5 items ordered.

Great experience! Good food and lovely people! We had lasagna for take away.
