Well now, if you’re lookin’ for a good time on the water with plenty of smiles, sunshine, and sweet memories, Carnival Cruise Lines sure knows how to show folks some hospitality. From the moment you step onboard, you’re treated like family — friendly crew, warm welcomes, and more food than you can shake a fork at. The atmosphere is lively and fun, with music playin’, activities goin’, and something happenin’ around every corner. Whether you’re loungin’ by the pool with a cool drink, enjoyin’ a show in the evening, or watchin’ that ocean roll by, it’s easy to settle in and relax. The dining options are downright delicious, and nobody leaves the table hungry — that’s a promise. The staff works hard and does it with a smile, always ready to help and quick with a kind word. Cabins are comfortable, the ship stays busy with entertainment, and there’s a little somethin’ for every age group — from young’uns to grandparents. All in all, it’s a smooth-sailin’, memory-makin’, joy-filled getaway. If you’re wantin’ a vacation that’s easy, cheerful, and full of good times, Carnival is a fine choice indeed. ⚓️🌅

This was my first cruise, and it's definitely my last cruise on Carnival. This ship was dated and drab. The activities did not feel like they were geared towards mature adults, and the shows felt being at a bad summer camp. The pools were overcrowded, and kids piled into the Jacuzzis. The food in the restaurant was decent, so that was the one highlight. One of my biggest issues was with the excursion we chose. We absolutely did not get what we paid for, a waterfall excursion. Two and 1/2 hours into the trip, they told us that we weren't going to the waterfall because the road had been closed since the hurricane months ago. Carnival Cruise line was very resistant about helping us get a refund and when all was said and done, they the the finally conceded but only gave back 60%. They should not promote excursions as a broker if they are not going to be responsible. Don't make the profits if you don't take accountability for problems when they occur. They made it virtually impossible to reach guest services, as there is no phone number. And when they finally did call 3 weeks later, they said that we would not get anything more than the 60% already returned. They stated that they stood by that and understood if we didn't want to cruise with them again. Seriously?...

My family and I enjoy cruising carnival although it’s the only cruise line I’ve tried. For our family, coming from different regions, it’s a great vacation option. It’s easy for us to once a year meet at a cruise terminal and catch up while at sea, try a variety of foods, and enjoy the entertainment options while exploring new places together at port. The only downside to cruising is that It can feel crowded and that can be overwhelming if you’re not a very social person or frustrating if you want to enjoy a pool. For those with mobility issues I imagine it’s difficult getting an elevator as we often opted for the stairs due to the long waits. Overall it works well for us although I do understand that cruising isn’t for everyone. If you’re easy-going, enjoy buffet food, love diversity and people- I believe you’ll have a great time.

My wife and I sailed on carnival cruise line out of New York for her birthday. Carnival cruise began in 1972 merging with the AITS which stands for American international travel service. The Mardi Gras was thier first ship out of Mami Florida. Today carnival has about 29 ships and the largest ships. Falling under the umbrella of the American-British carnival corporation & p.c The American division headquarters is in Doral Florida soon to be in Mami- Dade. My wife and my experience is mixed because we sailed to beautiful Bermuda. And loved it . The pink beach wonderful. Unfortunately the food on carnival was not good and the little food that was the staff conserved for example first day bacon was served after that never again . The eggs was not good and no seasoning could help. One lunch was not edible. And worst I reserved a birthday jingle for her after dinner . The crew forgot and I sat there trying to get another crew to sing .waiting we were late for a performance. When we returned we both remained ill for at least a week and carnival responded by saying they acknowledged passengers were ill but couldn't prove it was the food. And carnival did not offer any type of discount on a next cruise nothing . But we enjoyed Bermuda so much we returned on a competitor's ship.

My family and I sailed on the Carnival Paradise from December 27–31, 2025, and it was a very disappointing experience. There were serious safety and sanitation concerns, including my husband and mother-in-law being stuck on an elevator for over 10 minutes on December 30. We also experienced brown water, green pool water, and poorly maintained facilities. Bathroom stalls were rusty, and the ship showed clear signs of neglect. The food and service were subpar. Dining service was slow, and the food was largely tasteless and mass-produced. On multiple occasions, pizza orders were incomplete. A pizza that was supposed to include prosciutto and arugula was served with only cheese. The ship itself felt extremely outdated, with old fabric-covered walls, damaged carpet, and décor that appeared decades old. Entertainment was also underwhelming. DJs were unengaging, and several advertised activities either fell short or never happened. Overall, this cruise failed to meet basic expectations for cleanliness, safety, and quality. I would not recommend the Carnival Paradise and advise travelers to choose a different ship or cruise line.

Carnival Cruise Line is the best of the best in my opinion. I have been on 3 cruises through them and on each ship I've been on (Conquest, Freedom, and Jubilee) I have had a great time! On my last cruise I had the luxury of taking my two oldest children and I was able to see what Camp Ocean was really about. There were soo many activities just within camp ocean for my boys to get into and the staff was phenomenal! Each time I have sailed with Carnival, the vibe was different but always in a good way! From the Sail-Away party to Debarkation I have always enjoyed my time on a Carnival ship! Carnival has tons of destinations to choose from and many ships of all different sizes to enjoy!

Your food was sooo good at the Sumshine Restaurant And If it wasn't for your director Uncle Jonnie, his character and vibes, this will be my worst 1st time cruiser. I know we were going to the islands, but your entertainment should be more neutral, a little bit for everyone. We were some Latino, some whites that we need to hear other music other than hip pop at the disco. Next time if I do it with you my next cruise I'll check entertainment first

My family and I left on a seven day trip to the Cayman Islands, Jamaica and the Bahamas. The time spent with family on board was magical and memorable! My two roommates were my twelve and fourteen year old granddaughters! The food was delicious and amazing as well as plentiful.
