It was an amazing experience! The hotel is so stylish, and the staff is incredibly friendly, paying great attention to even the smallest details. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It was truly one of the highlights of our romantic trip. We would definitely love to come back!

My friend and I stayed at The Caro Hotel for five nights over Christmas. We both agree that it is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. From the moment of booking to our final departure the calm professionalism of the staff was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and any request was dealt with without any delay. The building and rooms are exquisitely decorated with every detail focused on comfort and practicality. The place is spotless. Breakfast is simple and beautifully served. As other reviewers have said it’s located just a few minutes walk away from the cathedral area on one side and the Jardin del Turia in a quiet street. All in all, I cannot fault it and look forward to visiting again. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Caro Hotel for making our Christmas so special.

Caro Hotel is super fancy and luxurious but at affordable prices. The hotel is just off the historic center, about a 5-minute walk to the city’s main cathedral square. The room was super quiet and very dark, with big a comfortable bed and bathroom. Actually the room itself was quite large, with both our big suitcases open in each corner of the room that didn’t block a path from the bed to the bathroom. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Huge thanks to the staff for making recommendations and for their overall helpfulness.

Lovely Hotel, good location in the old town of Valencia, about a 5 minutes walk to the Cathedral square. Very friendly staff and check in. Our suite was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. Few minor points though like some towel hooks or rails in the bathroom would be useful, a duvet on the bed rather then sheets would have been more comfortable and would have meant that we could keep the heating off. Breakfast and service was good. All in all a nice stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Caro Hotel for two nights, and we look back on an amazing stay! The warm welcome and excellent service from the staff truly exceeded our expectations. All the amenities and facilities were outstanding. We didn’t try the breakfast, so we can’t comment on that, but I can’t imagine it would disappoint. Having stayed at many top hotels around the world, I can confidently say that this hotel deserves a place on that list. We wholeheartedly recommend staying here when visiting Valencia, and we would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to the city.

We went here on our honeymoon, the staff is super service minded and very friendly. They are super helpful and try take make it the best time you can imagine. The location is superb and you’ve got easy access to a lot of sightseeing, shops and so on. But the hotel itself is a hidden gem in a quiet and calm street. The only downside we experienced were a bit of noisy rooms. We could hear our neighbor snore during the night. Other from that the rooms are super nice and clean. The beds are good and the option to get other pillows and extra sheets are a win. We certainly will get back to this hotel if we visit Valencia! We had a great stay at Caro!

Great hotel, beautiful architecture! What a great place, from the reception to the breakfast room from the terrace to the rooms everything is of exceptional beauty. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Beds are very good and the location of the hotel could not have been better. Breakfast is a joy.

This is a very special and unique hotel situated in the heart of Valencia. Although the building and its history is fascinating, without doubt it is the quality and professionalsim of the staff that take this place to the next level. The reception team, the gentlemen serving in the bar, opening doors etc. and the breakfast staff were all of the highest order. Nothing was too difficult and all our requests were promptly seen to. ||The breakfast may appear expensive at about £17 per person but there was always an excellent and varied choice of cereals, cold meats, cheeses etc. together with freshly prepared hot options. We opted to eat there on all three mornings during our stay.

Yelp
Really nice, like living in a castle, which this actually is. Phenomenal decor, like a museum -- they have a piece of the Roman Circus in the lobby, for example. Rooms are spacious, modern, luxurious. Worst thing I can say is that the mini-bar contained no alcohol, that the tub had the faucet in the middle, and that the attached restaurant had no written menus listing the things they were going to serve you prix fixe. Otherwise, just amazing. Would stay there again happily.
