"The unique Caro Hotel is housed in a 19th-century palace in central Valencia, just 200 metres from Valencia Cathedral. Combining historical features with modern design, it has an outdoor pool open all year round. Designed by Francesc Rifé, each of the elegant rooms in the Caro is totally individual, with exquisite touches of minimalist design. All have a flat-screen satellite TV, air-conditioning and a free minibar. The bathrooms include Bvlgari toiletries, a bathrobe and slippers.
