Fantastic adorable Tree house cabins. Very clean, very cool shower! Lakefront, free kayaks Love it !!!! Especially The guys at the bar They were fantastic as well Very helpful and friendly. Dockside menu service was helpful too. Great food!! Luis, Darwin, Javier, Moises, David and Yordi Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful calm lakeside hotel, kid friendly, free kayak and equipment. Very relaxing! Clean well organized. Rooms are small but designed thoughtfully and comfortably with privacy in mind. Darwin was our constant server by the water - very attentive and accessible. We would return again! We came to escape Tulum on a whim and stayed the majority of our trip.

The hotel is great located in front of the lake. The service (espacially Ezequiel, Darwin and Louis) is outstanding and all the time very friendly. |We enjoyed our stay every second. Just recommandeble. Thank you

Johnathan was amazing. If you’re looking for a place to R&R you have found it. Beautiful, right on the water, peaceful, well attended, really wonderful. Go to Carolina Bacalar and you will find a gem. Other reviews don’t make it justice. Absolutely amazing!

Very good hotel, family oriented, clean rooms, great location close to downtown Bacalar. The staff is very friendly and helpful always with a smile. |Access to the lagoon just to cool down there or to kayak or paddle board. |We had a great time there.

Everything here is faboulous: The rooms, the closeness to the laguna, the Service (especially Jonathan, Ricardo and Darwin) and the food. Truly great breakfast, but you can also stay for lunch and dinner.

We just arrived at this beautiful ressort and had the very best service during the day. The bartender Mr. "E" was super friendly and just excellent - thank you very much for the day💫

We had a room on the first floor which was perfect. The access to the lake is great, they have everything you need (kayaks, vests, etc) provided for the guests for free. Rooms are well-maintained, clean, and the bed is so comfy. The restaurant has decent food, reasonably priced, but service is a bit hit and miss sometimes. We also preordered breakfast for 7:30 and the manager assured us it will be ready by then. Sadly it wasn’t, we had to wait for the food to be cooked and ended up asking for it to be packed to go. We were late for our boat tour and had to eat our eggs etc with hand as no cutlery was included. Overall this was good value for money. The lakefront area of the restaurant needs a net or some sort of tarp for rain and cover - rain, leaves, insects and bird poop will eventually season your food unexpectedly.
