service was great! was greeted very promptly; Damon and Haskell were amazing! we ordered a yogurt and it was split between us two without us asking, the presentation was very pretty :)

I was extremely impressed with the briscuit sandwich! The pickled okra that accompanied it was even better. It's rare to find a reataurant in an airport that can serve delicous five star food. Another aspect I was impressed with was the pricing. I was able to have two drinks and a full entree for under forty dollars. That's hard to find within an airport. Im excited to come back and visit.

Friendlest bartenders and associates at this airport bar! Thank you Victor and Haskell I very much enjoyed waiting for my flight. The 80s music while en route to my 40th high school reunion (class of 85!) was an extra bonus!!

Victor is hands down the best bartender ever! I sat down and had the most amazing airport bar experience I’ve ever had. He made it so much fun and somehow brought everyone together like we were old friends. I even made a new friend I’ll be keeping in touch with—all because Victor created such a warm, welcoming vibe that made it easy to step out of my comfort zone. The whole staff was fantastic! If you’re passing through RDU, do yourself a favor and stop by this spot. You won’t regret it!

Came here at 3:00 on a Friday afternoon to grab a beer before getting on my flight. For a place called Carolina Craft, they only have three beers on tap and only from one brewery. The choices were already minimal, then the one I really wanted kicked right before I ordered. I asked to try one of the other beers before ordering it and the waitress wouldn’t let me, so I just went ahead and ordered it, and it was pretty bad. Maybe she was onto something. If I had been able to try it, I never would’ve ordered it. Then while I was drinking this beer I didn’t even like, the bartender announced that this one had kicked too. I find it interesting that on a busy Friday late afternoon, two of their three kegs kicked and they did nothing to replace them. Needless to say, if you’re going to call your place Carolina Craft, you might want to have more options than three beers from one local brewery. I spent $10 on a beer that I didn’t even finish, and I’ll definitely never come here again. On top of that, the bar stools were really uncomfortable to sit on.

I have been at this location preflight many many times and today was the best experience! Kudos to Haskel, Deshell, Alanis!!! They made my wait fly by and I actually enjoyed the wait.

Today I may have met the best bartender I have ever dealt with while traveling. Meet Victor, of Carolina Craft in Raleigh NC. He is so warm and polite (and funny)! Overall, he wants YOU to have the best day possible. I truly dislike flying and he made my moments (90 minutes) before boarding, a very pleasant experience. He consistently engages with the patrons in a polite and kind way. Please stop and say hello to Victor, Monday through Thursday and tell home Patty said hello!
