Let me just say, this might be my new favorite place. I ordered the breakfast brisket. It was mouth watering. Not yo mention, Destiny and Haskell well the absolute best. Very down to earth and professional. I tried to take a Pic before I bit into it but I couldn't resist.

I had a 5:30am flight and Haskell was amazing. His energy was perfect and the vibe was so peaceful. I enjoyed my meal which was the parfait and a coffee and the customers service was just right.

service was great! was greeted very promptly; Damon and Haskell were amazing! we ordered a yogurt and it was split between us two without us asking, the presentation was very pretty :)

We had a delicious brisket while waiting for our flight. And our wait person, Carrie, was an absolute delight. She smiled, was polite and very efficient. I will definitely go back.

The service I receive at Carolina craft is great! The food is not so bad to be a small bar. The ambiance is that of an airport, it's not closed off but it's great! Check it out!

I'm backkkk and headed to Copenhagen ... I passed up up on pizza .... Stopped at the Carolina Craft. The bar was full at the time so I sat at the end of the extended bar to look out out the window. Fresh off a 34 days cleanse I ordered Jimador Blanco and tonic and the bar tender needs a raise . The mix was perfect .... I ordered the Smokey Cajun Wings with the Alabama (Go Dawgs) white BBQ sauce and THEY WERE AMAZING.... Cooked perfectly... seasoned to perfection ... but that not the best part ... they came with pickled okra ... let's just say I ordered a side of pickled Okra... last but not least Erin ... my waitress was wonderful ... not overbearing .. patient ... and pleasant ... thanks for making this experience dope ... I'll be back for my next flight

They have fast service if you're at the airport and want a quick bite. I chose the mushroom sloppy Joe. The Sandwich is heavy on the mushroom. Light on the sloppy Joe. Chips were stale but the pickled okra was the best item with a nice spicy kick that wasn't too strong but flavorful. Service was fast. They were busy and the bartender was able to keep up with the orders .

I was told to leave Carolina Craft at the airport in Durham after being seated because I wasn't yet a "paying" customer. I was offered no menu, no water; I was simply profiled and told leave.
