The hotel presents itself as a five-star hotel, but it is definitely not. By world standards, it is about 3.5. What I appreciate is the very hardworking staff who try to keep the entire area clean and tidy. That takes quite a lot of work, because this is a hotel that has seen its best years. The air conditioning throughout the hotel needs to be replaced, which is very outdated and noisy. It wakes you up at night and won't let you sleep. What is a complete tragedy is the wi-fi connection! It is missing throughout the entire area! It is presented only in one cafe, which is smoking, so if you want to use the internet, you have to go to a smoky room that stinks even when no one is there. Considering that the main product sold in the hotel shop is SIM cards, it seems to me that this is the intention of the hotel management. Not to provide quality wi-fi and to rake in money to sell SIM cards. The sea is nice. If you are lucky and there are no waves, you can enjoy it without seaweed. If they come, no one will clean them and they will stay there for four to five days. For me, it is an average hotel that tries to stay alive de facto only thanks to the Czech clients who go there and the hotel is full of them.
I wouldn't go back to that hotel. They are much nicer in Egypt, with better service. The beautiful sea won't save it, because most of the time we were there, we had algae deposits. Unfortunately, I have to touch us Czechs too, because some of them brought their own large cups for pouring alcoholic drinks and beer. Quite often I had to be ashamed of our nation and our behavior.
