Carpaccio Restaurante

Food was amazing. Service was courteous, friendly and attentive. They had menus in both English and Spanish. The place is not only very elegant and "nice" but very unique as well with different settings for different types of people and events. I recommend it and I will surely go back.

Really clean restaurant. Pretty neat ambiance inside too. Food was ok. First I got the caprese salad. Not sure if you can tell, but that is an ENTIRE tomato cut in half. That's not how this is done, it's tomato SLICES. Next I got the capellini alla carbonara. It was very salty and had way to much cream. Pasta was cooked perfectly though. Now the service, while they were very polite and neatly dressed, following COVID protocols, they were not very attentive. I saw them 4 times. Ordering, receiving first drink, (had to flag down waiter for a second one), receiving food (which is when 2nd drink finally came out) and paying. Pricing, I had 2 bloody Mary's, and the other two menu items I described above, for $70.50. In my opinion and mine alone it is not worth it. I will not likely be back.

The best carpaccio of my life (and I’ve traveled around the world). Guatemala in general makes good Italian food. But here at Carpaccio it’s probably the best in the americas (north , central & south ) in my humble opinion. Service was great. They do Amex. We ordered in Spanish . Orange juice is freshly squeezed. Tomato soup is good and they make great mixed drinks. Next time I will have to order dessert!!!!!

Service was fast and didn’t need a reservation, but you might need one on the weekend. Highly suggest getting pasta! Also great atmosphere!

My first experience was not good at all with their red meat. The second time, I chose salmon, and they nailed it.
