Carpe Diem Beach Hvar

Went here for the day with my wife on our honeymoon. One of our only relaxing days. Took the little boat over from Hvar and we had such an amazing time. Everything was seemless. We showed up and out over the sea bed was waiting. Our server immediately came over and asked us if we needed anything. We felt no pressure or anything to order. This was about relaxing and enjoying the music, food, drinks and view. We reserved the bed for $150 and there was a $350 minimum spend. Easy to hit with food and drinks. I found it to be a value since we were there from 1130-5pm although we could have stayed til 7pm. If you are looking for a chill vibe for a day, this is great.

It's ok. Definitely overpriced, the VIP experience is fairly basic to be honest. The service is good but they don't offer or sell sunscreen and the amenities are pretty basic. The sushi ship was good, food was probably the best part of the experience. The waiter who was serving us at the sunbeds suggested a 20% tip which was a total joke couldn't believe the audacity given the price of the sunbeds is €100 each!

We had an amazing day at Carpe Diem on Wednesday. We got the Sea Net package, which was beautiful and super relaxing right by the water. Our server Dom was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and really made our day. We stayed for dinner too, and the food was delicious. Overall, great vibes, great service, and a perfect spot to enjoy Hvar.

Great atmosphere and amazing views!! If you have the option to come here, do it!! We were on a catamaran so didn’t use the facilities

Dom at Carpe Diem Beach Club is an absolute legend! From the moment we arrived, he made sure everything was perfect — incredible service, great vibes, and always with a smile. We were charged 50 euro extra to get back from Carpe Diem Beach Club to Havr. Needed to be paid cash during the boat trip. Very sketchy… Don’t trust this man. He was also drinking during the boat trip.

Nice beach club with nice atmosphere. I only took a coffee and took a swim enjoying the views .

[review about Carpe Diem beach] PSA: sometime last year Carpe Diem stopped being a nightclub and is now a daytime beach club from 4 pm - midnight. You have to find the taxi boats that charge 10 euros pp for a return trip to the Carpe Diem beach. The club is super overpriced, with cocktails being €18-26 and a plate of four sushi rolls being €25 so just be prepared. The servers were not interested in helping, and we got punted three times to “ask my colleague where you can sit”. While they don’t allow you to bring your own water you also cannot get tap water “because you’re on the island” and depending on where you’re seated you can’t buy a large bottle of water (makes zero sense except for they can then upsell you). Overall not impressed at all. You get equally good views if not better from other parts of Hvar and surrounding islands.
