Carpet CPR is amazing! Their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. I was worried that the carpet in my rental might need to be replaced, and he took the time to walk me through my options, whether I wanted a deep cleaning or full replacement. He was incredibly understanding and honest throughout the entire process. I decided to give cleaning a try, and he set clear expectations, saying he would do his best, and he absolutely worked his magic!!! he saved me a lot of money. The results exceeded my expectations! Carpet CPR did a great job. Tim came and did our carpet a couple months ago but I wanted to wait and see if I was still happy after a while before I wrote a review. I am! Tim did a fantastic job getting rid of stubborn pet odors that I had been struggling with and have tried other companies but nothing was helping. He was friendly, flexible and willing to drive a long distance to help clean our carpets. I called many companies and Tim was the most reasonably priced. Thanks Tim!

So I just used Carpet CPR on Saturday and they were great. I was moving out of a rental and was required to get all the carpets professionally cleaned. My friend recommended this company and they were reasonably priced and the very old carpet in my rental looked about 100 times better when they were through. I am one of those people who gets edgy with strangers in my home and it was nice for me to have a friend who had already worked with this guy and vetted him. It was a father and son and I was very comfortable with them in my home.

Carpet CPR has been there for me when I needed them the most. As a local realtor, I look for companies I can trust with my clients’ most valuable asset, and this is truly one of those companies. Not only does he do excellent work, but he also always answers the phone or returns calls quickly. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this company and will continue to refer him to my clients and use him for my own homes.

They were extremely quick to send me a quote after I requested one from the website. Within an hour. They came just a few days later. Tim set up the time 1-2 pm. He was running a little behind schedule and let me know at 1:30 that he was going to be there at 2 but ended showing up before 2. He was quick. Got my stains out, old milk and hard yogurt. I paid less than the quoted price. I will be using them again and referring them to everyone.

What an outstanding experience! We so appreciate Tim and his assistant. They doublechecked prior to arriving for our appointment, arrived a little early, set up quickly, answered questions professionally, and significantly restored our carpets. We have tried a few other companies over our several years in Washington County. Carpet CPR's equipment and fluids did a superior job to all the other extraction methods we previously used. Second or 3rd year of using CPR services. He cleaned tile grout and an Oriental rug as well. I was so pleased with results and highly recommend CPR.

What a GREAT experience! CPR carpet came out and did a wonderful job cleaning our couch! They were the best priced out of all of the quotes I got and they did an incredible job! I would highly recommend them! He also has cleaned my moms and grand parents carpets and everyone has been incredibly happy with the outcome! We will definitely be using them in the future!

I feel like they should have been able to get the stains out of my carpet because I got it out with carpet spray afterwards. Carpets were stiff even after I vacuumed and didn't feel very clean. However very friendly and responsive and quick

Tim went above and beyond to clean my grout and tile that I had attempted to clean and seal myself. I used a terrible sealing product with silicone that left awful puddle looking residue on my ceramic tile. I was afraid I'd ruined my flooring and it would need replaced. Tim researched the product that I'd used and what kind of method would be best to remove it. My tile now looks amazing! Thank you!

Tim and Charish from Carpet CPR cleaned my tile and carpet. They were efficient, very helpful and pleasant and did a great job cleaning. They are quite busy but we're able to fit me into their schedule within about 4 or 5 days. They also gave me a very good price. I highly recommend them. Couldn't be happier!

We thought we were going to have to get new carpets Our rescue dog has been really hard on them We now have the dog being potty trained for us We called this carpet company and they gave us the pet treatment on our carpets It costs more but worth every penny We donor need new carpets They look brand new The other carpet cleaners don't hold a candle to these people I will never use anyone but these guys to clean my carpets They are amazing

I was a Professional Carpet Steam Cleaner for 19 year in the Los Angeles/Orange County Areas. I was IICRC certified. My Father James William Maddux (Now resting in the Tonaquint St. George cemetery) was a carpet Cleaner before me. When I moved to St. George I interview many companies on the phone and had a couple do estimates in my home. After careful consideration I chose to use Tim from carpet CPR.
