I deeply regret purchasing a Carpigiani machine in Brazil. The brand is represented by Toptaylor Brasil, and their customer service is extremely poor. The waiting time for replacement parts is absurdly long—100 days, according to them.
In my case, I’ve been trying to buy a part since July 25th, and the experience has been frustrating. It’s now been over 130 days since I placed the order, and the last update I received was that the part might arrive by mid-January. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
To summarize: if you own a gelateria in Brazil, DO NOT work with this brand. Their assistance is TERRIBLE. Don’t put your business at risk by relying on a machine that requires over 100 days to receive a simple replacement part.
Avoid Carpigiani if you value your time and business continuity.
