Not bad for a small grocery store. We got what we needed from wine, salads, fruit, bread and a lot more. The goods that they have is ample and will fill you up compared if you went to a restaurant. Unfortunately, when we arrived almost everything was closed so we ended up buying everything that we needed for dinner and ate at our fantastic hotel room.

Open late with extensive selection of groceries. Arrived at 9:45 pm and found fresh baguettes and quick service. Convenient location with only downside being limited parking.

Open until fairly late - I think 10 pm. We appreciated the prepackaged salads for picnics. We took them as a picnic to Chambord, for example. Nice alternative to overpriced chateau food.

Small French grocery. Got some water and a USB cable. PSA electronics aren't sold commonly here in Amboise but I found a cable here via Google search.

Nice supermarket in the city center, you can find pretty much everything here. It is slightly pricier than a *normal* Carrefour supermarket though.
