I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share. I was told the wait would be 10–15 minutes, which was accurate. Once I was seated, someone brought me water—but my actual server never showed up again.
I understand it’s a busy restaurant, and I’m a solo traveler, so I don’t expect red-carpet treatment. But this went beyond neglect—it was clear they prioritize larger groups and barely acknowledge solo diners. To make matters worse, they asked me to move seats in the middle of my meal just so they could combine my table with the one next to me after those guests left. Incredibly disrespectful.
The food itself was just as disappointing. The chefs walk around with skewers of meat but don’t tell you what they’re serving. It’s a guessing game, and unfortunately, most of it tasted terrible. There were also flies all over the hot bar—completely unhygienic.
To top it off, it feels like they try to push people out quickly by dumping more food on your plate than you actually asked for.
If you're an American traveler—or really, anyone who cares about service, food quality, or basic respect—avoid this place. Save your time, energy, and appetite.
