Positives: - Good selection on the salad & sushi bar. - Proper seasoning and good overall flavor. Negatives: - Over 1 hour of lunch, picanha was offered twice, as was roast and heart. Chicken and sausage only once. - The mussels were not properly cleaned (had the "beard"). - The roast beef and picanha were both overcooked, the roast beef becoming dry and stringy. I received only 2 slices of each across a 1hr lunch. - The staff was only attentive at removing plates, nothing more. I'm afraid that for the expectations of a churracaria, this restaurant fails. You are simply a buffet if you fail at delivering the proper meat experience, and they do. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a serious churrasco experience. The US has better options than this, which is sad.

We are so full. I think this describes everything. The meat and the side dishes were amazing. We were attended by Raphael, amazing guy, super friendly and warm soul.

Pretty good. Haven’t been able to find an amazing Churrascaria that’s not very touristy/expensive within a reasonable distance of Copacabana yet. Carretão is good but a little more than I’d want to pay for what you get. I can’t complain about churrasco and carne though… Still worth it if you’re looking for a place to eat rodizio de carne.

Great value for the money, their open buffet items (sushi, salads etc) are quite good. The meat is a 50-50. Some of the red meat was overcooked and very chewy. But the other half was quite good. My recommendation is to pace yourself because variety of cuts doesnt seem to end here (i was too full to eat the fish cuts, for example). Overall i would recommend this place

The Rodizio price is R$139. Drinks are on the expensive side. Some even rivals the price of the meal itself. The meat quality is surprisingly better than I expected. The quality of sushi and sashimi is also better than some Japanese restaurants in town. Overall I think this place is good value for money with good cooking. The service is not very up to the par however. I asked for the check and it took them 30 minutes to get my bill. I think they forgot about me, even though at the time there were only 3 tables in the entire restaurant.

We have come here every time we visit Rio, twice this time. We enjoy the picanha. One of the waiters was very sweet to keep offering it to me "well done" as I like it. He took good care of me.

Great place to go with friends. It was so much fun to try Brazilian BBQ and staff are really friendly.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so bad that I felt compelled to share. I was told the wait would be 10–15 minutes, which was accurate. Once I was seated, someone brought me water—but my actual server never showed up again. I understand it’s a busy restaurant, and I’m a solo traveler, so I don’t expect red-carpet treatment. But this went beyond neglect—it was clear they prioritize larger groups and barely acknowledge solo diners. To make matters worse, they asked me to move seats in the middle of my meal just so they could combine my table with the one next to me after those guests left. Incredibly disrespectful. The food itself was just as disappointing. The chefs walk around with skewers of meat but don’t tell you what they’re serving. It’s a guessing game, and unfortunately, most of it tasted terrible. There were also flies all over the hot bar—completely unhygienic. To top it off, it feels like they try to push people out quickly by dumping more food on your plate than you actually asked for. If you're an American traveler—or really, anyone who cares about service, food quality, or basic respect—avoid this place. Save your time, energy, and appetite.
