I recently had the pleasure of living at Carriage House and I can confidently say it has been an outstanding experience. Most importantly, I want to highlight Ms. Lisa, who has been incredibly helpful throughout my time here. If it wasn't for me changing duty stations I would still be there. Ms Lisa's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any concerns made my stay even more enjoyable. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. I highly recommend Carriage House for anyone looking for a fantastic place to live!

I have been living at Carriage House for approximately 5 yrs at this point. All in all, it is a good place to live. Convenient location on Southside within walking distance of most anything you need. I have experienced several ownership/management changes over the years and I feel like the current owners/management have been the best of them all. The grounds are kept clean and serviced. Maintenance requests went from taking 2 months to be seen to now taking 24 hrs, sometimes even being taken care of on the same day you put in a request. The maintenance crew is respectful of your living space, friendly, and professional. The manager and the rest of the office staff are courteous and professional, and all seem to care about making sure tenant’s needs are addressed in a timely manner. Overall, living at Carriage House is a pleasant experience.

The maintenance team does great all the time. Marvin is super responsive, and so is his supervisor. Ms. Lisa does amazing running the front. Every place has its flaws but the people here are exceptional.

The assistant manager, Tammy, is simply outstanding!! I had an issue, that was extremely important to me, that occurred on a Friday. She absolutely bent over backwards to clear up the issue so that I would have peace of mind over the weekend. I have to add that the maintenance team, Charles, is very helpful. This apartment is convenient to restaurants, markets, malls, and little boutiques!. I am so glad that we found this apartment complex.

I want to put zero star for this place. I applied for the apt and decided not to before the move-in date. I told the assistant and cancel it. She did not respond that day, but one day after, she said she cannot do it and processing fees are non-refundable. I saw their policy that application fees are non-refundable which was $50. She said both cannot be refundable according their policy. I called the manager and she literally yelled at me. She cut off my words while I was talking to her, and yelled at me. I told her she was rude and she said she was not. She was crazy and unreasonable. She should have sent the policy through mail instead of yelling at customer. Then, after 40minus the manager called me to apologize and point out her policy sending e-mail. She also refunded the administration process fees. Overall, it went well at the end.
