I love living here! It’s such a nice neighborhood and building. We always get so many compliments on our apartment and people are always shocked when they hear how much we pay for rent. It’s a great space for a great price! Our building manager, Mercedes, is also the best. She’s so kind and helpful when we have any questions or need maintenance to stop by. It’s an older building and our unit was empty for a bit before we moved in so there were a decent amount of repairs we needed and maintenance was always super quick to come by and help. I always felt like such a pain but they are always so nice and fix any issue in a day or two!

Mercedes is an excellent property manager! From day one she was open and welcoming and because of that is why I chose to live here. Any issues that I had were taken care of immediately by her and the maintenance staff who are very good at what they do. The building is very well maintained. Great building, great location and great people, you can't beat that!

I’ve been here for just about three months and I really like it a lot. Mercedes the property manager is very helpful with any issues that occur in the unit or building. Everything is clean. Neighbors are respectful of keeping things clean. The walls can be a little thin in some rooms making it pretty easy to hear neighbors but it’s usually a very quiet building. I haven’t had any problems so far that haven’t been addressed and resolved. I’d recommend living here based on these last 3 months.

I’ve lived in various apartment complexes and must say this is the best one I’ve ever lived in. The people are friendly, the area is great and the staff is excellent. Mercedes and Bobby are really great and responsive! They really care about their tenants and go the extra mile! Also the units are really spacious and well kept. I don’t have anything negative to say about this property which is rare.

I absolutely love living here! The apartments are spacious and reasonably priced for the neighborhood. Mercedes, the leasing agent and building manager, is really helpful and responsive any time I've ever needed assistance or maintenance. I'm hoping to stay here forever!

The Property Manager is great and accommodating. She helped me in a pinch, when I recently sold a home and quickly needed to move. The Maintenance Staff quickly responds, as well. Great Location!

Excellent little apartment building, very nicely refinished units, spacious high ceiling layouts with lots of exposed industrial architecture. Located on a quiet private street, perfectly lowkey little spot but still right in the middle of everything on 2nd st in No Libs. And extremely friendly building staff!

Such a great location, apartment building is always clean and inviting and the apartments are beautiful with wood floors and high ceilings, with great closet space! And the property management is great super fast to respond!
