Carrick Plaza Suites

Clean, practical, very comfortable and location ideal.Secure parking included. 5 min walk from pubs n grubs. River cruises nearby which offer wonderful trips. Plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Nothing really negative to say abut this experience. Really happy to see they have Barry’s tea in the room.

Stayed here as part of a large group and couldn’t recommend enough. We had an apartment with 6 single beds so ideal for groups. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Easy check in and out with friendly staff. Easy to access Main Street through an alley way at rear of the suites. Free parking also available at the front of the accommodation. Would return.

Absolutely great weekend in the Carrick Plaza Suites. Their location, rooms and staff were brilliant. We were so well looked after in our weekend package of accommodation, boat trip and finger food we'll definitely come back. Thank you Carrick plaza suites x

Very clean and great value. Location is perfect for socialising in Carrick. Room was spacious with tea/coffee making facility. Bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and toiletries. Receptionist at entrance was efficient and friendly.

Nicely greeted at reception. We had a lovely stay in the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Very affordable. The location was ideal, especially for people who want to enjoy a night out in carrick on shannon. I would definitely choose the location if staying in carrick again.

Really perfect location, close to everything in the town,spacious, modern and clean with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Awful stay. Please avoid.||We were booking as a group but were completely misled into booking two rooms when one would have sufficed. The “double room” we booked had 3 extra single beds and we could have easily had the extra member of our party staying in there but we were deliberately misled leading us to book an extra room.||The single room can also host additional people with lots of extra beds.||Please make sure to stress when booking how many beds will be in your room to avoid being ripped off like we did.||The night we stayed there was loud music being played all night until about 3am.||The staff have no idea which car parks are free or not. ||There is never any staff on reception.||At night the front door (despite what is advertised) is jarred wide open by the staff letting anyone in.||There is a bouncer on the door in the evening who’s role seems entirely pointless as he just checks which room you are here to visit (see above loud music being played until all hours in multiple rooms around us).||The single room can also host additional people with lots of extra beds. Perhaps contributing to the party attraction of the hotel.||The double room is very expensive for what it is and has a horrendous view of the car park.||To top it off the double bed is two not very comfortable single beds pushed together.

We stayed in Carrick Plaza Suites with a large group last weekend. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and spacious. The hosts were very welcoming and accommodating to our group. Annette was very helpful in organising the booking. Would definitely stay again!
