We had a very pleasant experience at Carrie K. shopping for our 四点金. Comparing to the other big name jewelry shops in Singapore, Carrie K. offered very modern designs that still captured traditional elements and values which were the perfect fit that we were looking for. Additionally, Carrie K's staff were extremely well trained, patient and consultative. We were serviced by Leony, who was incredibly attentive and detailed in her work. The 2 sessions were met with kind patience, allowing us to try on different variations of what Carrie K. had to offer and giving suggestions on the different permutations available. Leony also made sure our experience was good, taking care of our needs and offering drinks through the session. If I had to give a suggestion, it would be the fact that the beautiful showroom is tugged away on 3 floors of stairs which might not be the most accessible place for seniors so take note for those bringing elderly to review the jewelry. Particularly impressed with the level of care, effort, and hospitality shown by Leony and Sheila who took so much time to understand and cater to our dreams. It was a lovely experience working together with the Carrie K team and Shiela who was a joy to work with throughout the process for the engagement ring. We had visited multiple boutiques but were never impressed by the service or offerings. Shiela was patient, educational, and spent time to explain every aspect of the ring so we could make a choice that fit our preference and budget. After that, Shiela helped me to keep the experience a surprise and also accommodated on safekeeping the ring once it was ready, and also on payment terms. Thank you so much!

My fiancé had initially proposed to me with his grandmother’s ring as a placeholder before we chose a ring for myself after the engagement. Carrie K gave him a box which had a lovely message letting me know that we would be curating a ring with them eventually. We then met with Sheila to find out more about the type of engagement ring we wanted. She was very informative and genuine in helping us through each step of the way.
