Would give 6 stars if I could! Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, affordable, and everything they sell is also great quality. +1 to all the positive comments about Morris (the best!) and all the great choices they offer, especially for small bathrooms.

I have wasted so much time going to other hardware and plumbing supply stores. Just go here first. These guys will actually try to help you solve your plumbing-related mechanical problems. This time, a simple nut saved me from having to spend $200 on a new rain showerhead.

Morris and colleague are very helpful! I needed a wall-mount sink and they had good stock to choose from, buy and take away. Nice people to deal with. They don't make you feel small. Good showroom packed into a small space with choices. Excellent repair supplies too. Hardware choice is good. I recommend! It's easy to buy plumbing supplies and sinks etc a big box store with a liberal return policy that's nearby. But if you buy from Morris and colleagues, you will get service, good prices, and will not need to return anything...

Morris & the other folks in the store were super helpful. We came in to get a flush plate for our new toilet but wish we had gotten a quote from them for everything we purchased for our new bathroom. Would definitely return here for future plumbing needs!

Well, I just had a great experience here. Monty, the owner went the extra mile to find the washer box that I was looking for. He called his vendors, he kept in touch with me, and he was very nice. I also bought a Geberit tank from them a few months ago. Would def recommend this place if you're looking for plumbing, bathroom and kitchen fixtures, toilets.

Highly recommending this establishment! You will get way better prices than ordering from on line plus great service and attention regardless of how much you are spending!

These guys rock. We needed 2” pipe to make bar table bases. And they had pipe in stock... cut pipe to size and threaded the ends. Thank you from Voltaire on Smith!

Great customer experience! These guys picked up the phone after closing, and called me back after the line dropped to say they had the replacement for a discontinued Toto dual-flush valve in stock. Left it behind the counter for an easy, efficient in-store pick up the next day. Friendly, patient, knowledgeable.

Twice in recent years, we've turned to CGPS when a faucet broke without warning and we needed remote help (my partner and I are both immunocompromised and have to minimize indoor shopping in the age of COVID). In each case, the folks on the other end of the phone were understanding, patient, and helpful, sending us photos and links to look at and helping us make a selection without having to come in. They offer a wide range of quality products and fast local delivery. I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the gentleman who helped us some years ago with our kitchen faucet, but Ray helped us this time when a bathroom faucet broke, and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He talked us through our options and showed us a range of attractive solutions. My best regards to the entire crew at this local jewel.

I had a question about a part that they didn't carry and Monty when above and beyond to try to find it for me. I don't think I can recall this level of customer service from anyone anywhere. I 100% recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.

The team at Carroll Gardens Plumbing Supply is amazing. Morris runs a great shop and leads by example. He helped us pick and source all of our products for our bathroom reno, and delivered them at a great price. His entire team is top notch. They have all the best fixtures, vanities, tubs and toilets you need, and know what they're doing. A special shout out to Ray, who when a piece was missing on the truck, wanted to make it right. He went above and beyond and delivered it across town, himself after work. These folks know plumbing as well as customer service and are true class acts. Thank you Morris, Ray, Milly and Monty! You're the best in the city.

We're redoing our bathroom and were looking to buy fixtures at lowes. lowes is good for hammers, glue- some nails, but the quality and sevice are not good on a good day. long story short, CG Plumbing Supply restored my faith in mankind. Morris is the man! Navigating bathroom stuff can be intmidating, and Morris knows his stuff! everything we needed was in stock, and he walked us through the process. LONG LIVE SMALL BUSINESS!

The management and staff are so helpful. This is the only place I like to go for plumbing. They've shown me over the years that they care about their customers needs.

Carroll Gardens Plumbing Supply is fantastic. From the street, the facade makes it look like a small store. But the building goes on far behind the facade with two floors full of stock. From the smallest washer to large waste line pipes and a million things in between, you will find everything you could possibly need. If you are renovating a bathroom or a kitchen, you must go here and speak with Morris to select vanities, sinks, faucets, cabinets, medicine chests, etc. He can get anything and he will absolutely beat everyone's price. He specializes in small vanities and sinks for tiny Brooklyn/NYC bathrooms. Without a doubt, the best in store selection for small bathrooms. If you don't see it, Morris swears he can get it. He has 40 years of experience in the biz, a wealth of knowledge. He was the only part of my renovation that I enjoyed. Their delivery is fast! Almost all of my fixtures for my two bathrooms came in one day and the remainder were delivered the following day. Try getting a Kohler drop in tub delivered to your renovation the next day from a big chain store. You can't. This place is a gem, much better than going to Home Depot or Lowes. All of the local contractors and plumbers use CGPS for supplies.
