Nice, very good place with good collection along with good discounts. Staff were helpful too. They just need to increase availability of 5T sizes. Not as expensive as it is in Canada, would definitely go back when I am back New Jersey again.

I don't like to go to this store at all although it's near my home. Their workers have never ever put on a smile on their face. They are never friendly to customers. They ever welcome any customers at the very first day they opened their business. They don't like to help you either. I am not sure why they open this store and don't know how to welcome business. Perhaps they think they are already Carter's so they don't need to be friendly. The atmosphere is just bad.

Not happy about the curb side experience. I specifically ordered items online to pick up via curbside with my infant in the car. I made 20 calls to no avail. I had to walk inside with my infant in his car seat and the lady stated she was unable to answer due to being on the phone with tech service and not having two lines. I proceeded to go inside as the items which I ordered I needed by tomorrow. Being in these critical times and having an infant, this was not a good experience. More structure should be implemented if providing curbside pickup.

Best customer service ever! With my 3 year old running around while I shopped for 3 different birthdays, they were super helpful and made sure the gift receipts were all in order. Thank you!
