Not the best experience! And don’t recommend this location. Really sad. The workers were not friendly if you didn’t look like you had money! The store itself is great because it has multiple floors and many items on display! The only issues are their workers. The workers did not seem to care unless you look like you had lot of money. Some people may not look physically rich but they do have the money to spend. So it’s sad their attitude lost them a sale. Be better. 👎🏽

To start. I am already a huge fan of Cartier in Vancouver Canada. It was our first time in Paris so being a fan, the 13 de la Paix store is a must for us since the history of this brand amazes us. We booked an appointment for April 23 at 12 noon but something came up few days before so we had to change our schedule. I tried to modify our booking online but there was no more availability. So we tried our luck and walk in on April 22 at 12 noon. The front desk was so accommodating while I was trying to explain our situation. After giving us assurance that it won’t be a problem at all, she referred us to one of the SAs named Liwen. Oh to say that she was a gem is such an understatement. She treated us as if it was our original appointment date and catered to every inquiries that we had. She was so attentive and very knowledgeable! She is outstanding in her field! Once were done shopping she gave us a tour after we told her that we were so happy and excited to finally visit the historic store. She was the one who took our photo in one of the most beautiful salon in the entire boutique. We came back the next day to have our wedding ring boxes personalized and we were so lucky to see her again and had a chat. She was so kind enough to offer us drinks (again) while waiting. It would have been better though if we had french macarons on the side to make it very french. Kidding aside, Liwen made our first ever Cartier Paris experience immaculate! It was so memorable and we can’t wait to be back and pay her a visit again! She deserves a raise without a doubt!

In 2019, he asked me to marry him with the perfect ring that was to be a piece to pass down, my Cartier Trinity Solitaire. We resized it via Cartier, and it arrived the day before our wedding. On 9/21/19, we got married. It all played out as it was always meant to be, like a fairytale... Fast forward to 2024, I had to have my cherished ring cut due to my continued health issues and swelling. My finger was blue. We tried everything to get it off without damage. Cartier sent us to a preferred jeweler to have it cut. Now, currently, my ring still resides in Paris, from what we are told. We were initially told that Cartier would absorb 70% of the cost. We went through various individuals at our local store and via customer service, as each decided not to be available after their promises when we called back. The cost of repair they gave us after going back on their promises was $6,800. This ring was cut at the bottom to not disturb the setting, the diamond, nor the trinity golds on top. Meaning, the only part to repair is the yellow 18ct gold on the bottom. A gold band currently at Cartier is $780. A trinity band is $1,100. A trinity band with a diamond the same size as mine is $3,800. We do not understand why Cartier is charging this amount. We've requested an explanation with no response, other than, "that's just the charge." In addition, we were set to renew our vows at 5 years, but Cartier has had the ring since August 2024. It's now April 2025 and the last we spoke to them we were told they would only charge 30% of the cost. However, I called today to checkin and was told that's not the case and they haven't even begun repair. I just want my ring back and repaired.

Cartier is renowned around the world for their elegance, professionalism, and deep knowledge—but if you ever find yourself in Paris, do yourself a favour and visit their iconic Rue de la Paix store. And here’s a tip you’ll thank me for: ask for Sarah. We’ve had the pleasure of knowing Sarah for many years, and she’s far more than just a salesperson—she’s a true professional with an eye for timeless elegance. Her impeccable style and thoughtful recommendations have helped us discover pieces that are not only beautiful, but meaningful. Every visit to Paris feels incomplete without stopping by to see her. It’s not just about jewellery—it’s about the warm welcome, the conversation, and the care she puts into every interaction. Sarah embodies everything that makes Cartier exceptional. Merci Sarah from your friends in Australia

Went to get my bracelet color changed. There was the sweetest perfume seller (Laurent I think was his name). Had a great experience and made my day :)

I had an amazing experience at this iconic Cartier boutique. My client advisor was Jay Alexandrov who made my experience a truly memorable one. I was looking to buy a bracelet and wanted to see the Love as well as Juste Un Clou. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable and patient with me. He explained the history behind each pieces and allowed me to try on multiple pieces. My husband and I were equally impressed with his service. After we made the purchase, he even gave us tour of the iconic boutique along with the maison’s history. He even gave us excellent recommendations for local restaurants. Cartier Team and Jay truly made my birthday a very special one. I’ll always remember the service we received from this boutique and will definitely visit again.

The words “big mistake. Huge!” come to mind when I think about my experience in this store. I arrived and was designated to wait, which we did. There was barely anyone in the store and most of the people working there were talking to themselves and testing fragrances. After 10 mins of waiting to be served we asked the security guard to ask if someone could help us - again the staff were talking amongst themselves at this point - we waited for another 5 mins and then left. When we were leaving the man at the front desk asked us to wait for another 5 mins. But too late. We will take our money elsewhere. Cartier clearly doesn’t need us. We don’t need them.

I was fortunate enough to visit this historic flagship Cartier location. My sales representative, Eva, provided excellent level of service. The renovated boutique is absolutely amazing with multiple floors and unique and original design. I felt as though I visited a museum. Appointment reservations are recommended, but optional.
