CARUSO – Pizza & Pasta

Our dinner was very pleasant,the staff friendly and attentive, despite the place being fully booked. The food was served quickly and of very good quality. My 400 gram „Laudinella Tower“ burger was one of the best burgers I ever had. Not only was it tasty and perfectly cooked medium rare, it was giant, I can recommend the Caruso and will certainly go again.

Brilliant place snuggled underground!!! Thank god someone was outside to tell us it was downstairs. Service was great a bit slow at times, food was incredible with a huge variety of Italian and Asian. A little pricey but to be expected with great food and ambience.

I believe this place is underrated. We walk in casually not knowing this will be one of the best meals we’ll have in a long time. Amazing atmosphere, lovely staff and an amazing manager!

My husband & I ended up coming to this restaurant on a last minute whim while in Switzerland- December of 2022 & oh! are we grateful we did! we ordered the chicken tikka masala dish & a gourmet burger with truffle. The chicken tikka masala dish was the best we ever had in our entire lives. Magical. We were in shock of how yummy the food was, my truffle burger was to also die for. Definitely recommending this restaurant, also the service was superb!

One of the best places we ever that we had such delicious food The pizza was fresh, tasty & rich Pasta was amazing and the most important is Mo he is the mostly fridley & charming-person that can customize what you need and give you the best recommendation ever Mo is the highlight of the place Will definitely recommend the place and will come back as long as he works there Till i come again

The service is always very friendly and quick. I am often greeted personally, which makes me very happy. The pizzas are fantastic! Every request is taken into account, thank you!

One of best service we had in our Swiss trip (quite rare). We kind of over-ordered since we originally wanted the salmon fillet but was then recommended the special of the day: sole fish which came with side dishes. But it was indeed the highlight of the meal. The aglio olio was meh. Total of chf100 for 2 mains, 1 soup and drinks.

This restaurant is almost always open, even during the seasonal break in the region. That makes it a very decent choice as it is big enough and almost always offers a free table for one or two persons. The food quality is above average. They are trying to offer very different things and some are very good, some mediocre. During the years however I wasn't surprised with something really bad. My suggestion is to choose simple things like pizza which is not bad here or simple pasta meals. Asian cousine is adjusted to european taste and is more of a name than a real taste. Wine menu is big with a special optional expensive wine list. It is aimed for rich tourists and is a bit out of place (overpriced as well). Service is never lazy, friendly enough and multilingual.
