Casa 1810 Parque Hotel Boutique

This was our first visit to San Miguel de Allende, and this spot quickly became a favorite for its prime location, vibrant bar scene, and genuinely welcoming staff. We ended up stopping in four times during our stay—including watching the Super Bowl on the rooftop, which was an absolute blast. The management team was exceptionally personable, and the service staff was outstanding. After our first visit, they remembered our drink orders and had them ready almost immediately when we returned—a small detail that speaks volumes about their attentiveness. The property itself is upscale, beautifully designed, and has a great energy. We’re seriously considering staying here on our next trip.

I’ve stayed in a lot of nice places over the years, but Casa 1810 Parque really stood out. The design, attention to detail, and genuine warmth of the staff made my eight-night stay unforgettable. Everyone, from the concierge and bellmen to the housekeepers, went out of their way to make me feel cared for. Roberto was especially helpful and thoughtful throughout my visit. In the restaurant, Aaron, Alma, and Iván were amazing. The food was excellent every time, and their kindness made each meal something to look forward to. Casa 1810 Parque exceeded every expectation in service, quality, and hospitality. I’m so grateful for the experience and can’t recommend it highly enough.

My friend and I traveled to SMDA and stayed at this property for three nights. It was an amazing experience - the staff was so attentive to all our needs from check-in to checkout. Everytime we came and went from the hotel the team checked in on our needs to see if we needed anything. Housekeeping did an amazing job cleaning our room twice a day!! Daniela was especially kind and booked restaurant reservations as well as a private horseback riding tour while we were out and about doing other things. The team at breakfast was also amazing - we also did a dinner at the restaurant - food is delicious and again all the restaurant staff was so attentive. I really appreciate this wonderful stay - thank you to the staff.

As usual, I used TripAdvisor as my “bible” and this hotel lived up to all the reviews. I was told that both Casa 1810s were similarly charming and wonderful, but I chose this one. It turned out to be in a great location, close to everything and as a single woman, I felt very safe walking to and from the hotel even later at night. My friends were staying on the other side of the Centro so we would meet at stores and restaurants and music venues in between us. |The rooms were beautiful and quite soundproof. I will say that I had them move me from a beautiful room on the corner of two streets— (though picturesque, there would’ve been road noise) to an inside room (#202) that didn’t have a view other than a pretty brick wall, but it was very cozy and I was very happy with how quiet it was —even when there was music playing downstairs, I really couldn’t hear it. They also have a very nice bar and a nice café with delicious breakfast, which was included on my plan, though my cappuccino wasn’t. (No big deal) All the staff were extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Love it when a hotel gets the little details right. A blanket when you're chilly in an open space. Cookies in the room every day. Turning down the bed for you in the evening. Soft textiles. Fluffy pillows. Stellar lighting. Character in the design of all the spaces. Good water pressure and the hot water lasts. A little balcony. Wifi worked seamlessly. And the food - breakfast (sit anywhere you like!) and on the rooftop where I attended a big group event - yummy! Also... nice music Playlist, y'all. Primo.||Convenient location, less than 10 minutes from the main square and a 20 min walk to Fabrico Aurora, a huge complex of art galleries. ||I truly appreciate the service, from check-in to checkout and everything in between. They never missed. I wish more hotels around the world operated like this one.

My wife and I enjoyed the hotel overall. The staff were very friendly and did a great job very clean room, they Breakfast was good and filling. Try the smoked mezcal negroni. They even let us order some food when we arrived right when they were about to close the kitchen. 5 stars

I could not find any fault with our stay here. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. Staff is so friendly . The rooms were so comfy. The hotel was so clean that I could eat off the floors (but I wouldn’t of course). Would come back!!

Centrally located, and therefore close to just about everything. Rooms were nice, comfortable bed. We were on the second floor so had to keep the curtains closed for privacy.||Breakfast was good.
