A good surprise! I didn't have much expectations, considering it's a 3 star hotel but I was pleasantly surprised! The man at the reception was really nice and informative. The room is big and super clean. The location is perfect- close enough to the center, but not loud like places right in the center. A great choice!

Considering Barcelona's prices, the price is OK. The room and corridor were very clean. The communication was weak. I couldn't get proper information on how to enter the room till the last minute. The codes are provided to the main doors and locker for keys. So somehow they insisted that there has to be a reception, but it is not always open... As others mentioned noise isolation is very poor. You can hear everything in your bed.

I stayed in the family room for 9 nights in January. The service was great, very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment itself was lovely, very clean, and newly furnished. Very spacious room - though it was just me in the apartment. The wi-fi connection is very good. The location is excellent, very central, and within walking distance of a lot of different attractions/tourist spots. There is also a supermarket just next door. Would definitely come back here.

Stayed for five nights in the family appartment. Clean, spatious, nicely furnished and comfortable beds. Housekeeping cleaned the room every day, changed the towels and restocked the soap, shampoo and toilet paper. 60+ mbit wifi internet connection and a 40" flat screen tv with 50+ chanels. Friendly reception staff and manager. Wlaking distance from Placa Catalunya and about a 150m from Urquinaona metro station, so logistic is very simple. Overall highly recomended.

We spent four days at this beautiful apartment hotel. Loved the building with its features from the past but at the same time offering modern comforts as well as being very clean. We were fortunate to have been upgraded to a street frontage with a balcony. The location is excellent with a supermarket just a few doors away, a short walk to the Hop-on-Hop-off Bus at Catalunya Square and La Rambla..We were concerned about gaining early access after disembarking from a cruise. A phone call sorted that out and as promised access was granted before normal check-in time. We only had one problem: locking the safe. The instructions in English were misleading. Not to worry, the friendly staff member sorted it out very promptly.|All in all a memorable stay.

We couldn't ask for nicer. Centrally located clean and bright. The managers/owners are super friendly. They upgraded our room had a balcony on the quiet street. Good restaurants and a large supermarket in the same block. The beds are big and comfortable. A very positive experience. Would certainly stay here again.

We stayed two nights in this centrally located beautiful apartment. Very clean with high ceilings and balcony. Very spacious. All the amenities and a little kitchen. We walked to everything. Only thing is it says the reception is on the 1st floor and it is really The 2nd. Not well posted when checking in. Other than that perfect stay.

The room is large, and the bed is nice too, but the main and most distressing issue is that the room has the worst noise isolation we have ever experienced. We heard Everything, from cars on the street to the building's elevator, and to next room neighbors. Worst sleep and relaxation experience. Sorry for that, but it is not worth the cost. To complement that, the reception is closed during the weekend and there's no one to talk to.
