Terrific experience , great hotel , fantastic staff , central Location, clean updated hotel facilities to a historic building .. will be the place to stay in Cusco for me anyday Rooms are lovely. We stayed in this hotel twice since we had to go to Puno and when we came back we have a different but equally lovely room. Bathroom was very clean and breakfast was good too with ham and cheese you will surely enjoy. The courtyards are so beautiful you can sit and take photos or just simply lounge around. The staff are very helpful. I needed an adapter for both on my stays and they lent me their adapter so I was able to charge our phones at night. The best internet, very fast I can’t complain. The location is very convenient. You can walk around anywhere safely as well

We spent a total of 5 nights in this lovely hotel situated in a convenient location for Cusco sites, shops, markets and restaurants. The food in the hotel was very good as was the service. Thank you to Adrian, the room attendant, who found my wallet containing cash for the trip which I had left in my room when checking out. The hotel kept the wallet in their safe until my return 2 days later after our trip to Macchu Pichu and contacted our tour guide to let me know the wallet and my cash were safe. I am truly grateful to Adrian

4.5 would be an accurate rating. The public areas of this hotel are lovely. A nice bar, a beautiful breakfast area, many miniature courtyards to hang out. Rooms are clean and modern, but nothing exciting, and some of them are quite small. The service is excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was nice. This is not super close to the main square but it’s only about a six minute walk away. I do recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! It’s beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The suite we stayed in was by far the best during our three-week vacation – truly a home away from home. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes’ walk from the main square. We couldn’t recommend this place more!

My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon in Peru, and it was exactly what we needed after our 4D3N Salkantay Trek. The hotel offered the perfect blend of comfort and relaxation — a true sanctuary to unwind and recharge. A highlight of our stay was the bar. We started every evening there before heading out, enjoying some of the best gin and tonics in Cusco, featuring incredible local gins (like Amazonian & Intica) and Mr. Perkins tonic. Special shoutout to Mishell at the bar — she took such good care of us and made sure we always had the perfect G&T in hand. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax in style while experiencing the best of Peru!

Not worth the 5-star price. Rooms were noisy at night with no soundproofing—hard to rest before early starts. Hot water took ages and the shower flooded the bathroom. Breakfast was repetitive and limited. Disappointing overall. Service by the porters and a comfortable bed were probably the only good things about our stay.

The restored 17th-century colonial mansion hotel is made up of two sprawling buildings (colonial and modern) with six traditional cobblestone courtyards. Stayed in an Imperial Suite Matrimonial with 2 balconies overlooking Plaza Limacpampa in the colonial building of the hotel. We love to relax in the drinks lounge with a stone fireplace after city exploration.

Great staff from the front desk all the way to our personal house keeper "Gilbert". Nice sweet room. Nice open air center court for coffee or a beer or to just lounge in. Nice little bar to get a drink after a day touring or shopping. Located 3 blocks from the central plaza. Plenty of everything within walking distance
