4.5 would be an accurate rating. The public areas of this hotel are lovely. A nice bar, a beautiful breakfast area, many miniature courtyards to hang out. Rooms are clean and modern, but nothing exciting, and some of them are quite small. The service is excellent. The staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was nice. This is not super close to the main square but it’s only about a six minute walk away. I do recommend this hotel.

From the moment I stepped foot down in the square in front of Casa Andina, in Cusco the service was outstanding. The bellmen collected our bags from the bus. They carried them into the hotel. We were brought into a lounge area and given tea as we checked in to the hotel. 3 gentlemen in specific, from the moment we entered to the day we left took extraordinary care of our entire family.|Diego, Alvaro, and Arnold were absolutely fantastic people and catered to every request and need with a smile on their faces. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate their service and dedication to providing the best possible environment for our vacation hotel. The hospitality that they delivered was unmatched. I live in Las Vegas and the name of our entire city is hospitality. They blew Vegas out of the water. I felt as if I were the king of Cusco. It was such a nice stay at Casa Andina. 10/10 experience! Food was great, service impeccable, hotel rooms are elegant and clean. They are quaint, but they truly are taken care of at the highest levels. I have not a single complaint. I’ve never been so impressed by a place!

Fabulous place to stay. Professional and incredibly friendly staff. Jessica, Juan Carlos and William in particular made us feel very welcome with their warm smiles and great attitudes. Rooms were immaculate as was the whole hotel. We were gifted a room upgrade on our return after the 4 day Inca Trek, which was a very welcome surprise and the perfect way to end our stay in Cusco. Muchas Gracias 🙏

We had a poor impression of reception staff at check-in. Despite my wife producing her passport to identify her name they chose to view the booking of another person with a clearly different name and stating we only had a single nights booking instead of three. For the remainder of the time staff service was reasonable. Our room was warm and cosy and the breakfast was good. We chose the hotel as it is a short and pleasant walk to the main square.

Great staff from the front desk all the way to our personal house keeper "Gilbert". Nice sweet room. Nice open air center court for coffee or a beer or to just lounge in. Nice little bar to get a drink after a day touring or shopping. Located 3 blocks from the central plaza. Plenty of everything within walking distance

My wife and I visited the area and stayed at this Botique Hotel for 4 nights.|The hotel was selected by our Travel agent Noemi Puma who arranged for part of the trip to Peru.|The Hotel in centrally located and is walking distance to Central square and most attractions in the city.|Our room was spacious, clean and we appreciated the hot showers. The heating system worked well and doubled up as a clothes dryer! |The front desk staff were prompt and helpful. The breakfast had so many selections and we opted for local dishes. The service was also very good. We did not have lunch or dinner here.|On our last day they packed us a nice breakfast because we had to leave at 530 AM.|There are some fine restaurants across the street and laundry, pharmacy and a small store are close by.|we would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely loved my stay there. Beautiful rooms, very big and historical hotel. Very good breakfast and I really liked the Alma restaurant menu as well. Ana, Jessica, and all the team were very kind.

This was my first time visiting Peru and I wanted to try a drink native to the area. Mishel was very helpful in explaining the different drinks as well as explaining the process entailed in making pisco. She provided excellent service 😊
