Casa Andina Premium Miraflores

A good hotel, but the rooms are a bit past their prime. The rooms and bathrooms are large, but dated and need renovation. Generally clean and well maintained. Breakfast is amazing and tons of variety. Coffee from the machine sucks, but black brewed coffee is decent.. sort of like coffee at Dennys. Indoor pool is really good - kids loved it and there's a dry and wet sauna as well. Location in Miraflores is good but is about a 20 min uber ride to plaza de armas.

Wanted to share my e experience. The staff very friendly, the breakfast was very good compared to other hotels. The only problem i had was the room we got had no air conditioning 🙃 the next day we called the front desk sent a technician and he mentioned that it had to be repaired. Therefore, we asked to be changed to a different room and they said the hotel was completely booked i went on there web page and they did have rooms. Quite disappointed they offered drinks at the bar and I told them we don't drink. They offered us food on the house but we had paid in full. Last but not least I was told the supervisor was going to send us an email never did. Very dissapointed.

Staying here now in room 1012. Must say what a nice hotel this is. Staff are very friendly and affording and always happy to help.||The breakfast area and the food are wonderful. Great choice of food, in abundance for those that like a good start to the day.||My room is spotless, with some water provided for free. Good selections of tea / coffee available and replenished when required.||Would definitely recommend this hotel. ||Well done to all the staff at this hotel.👏👏👏👌👌👍👍👍

The hotel room was exactly as listed online. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend.

Th staff was wonderful!! Very friendly and accommodating. They could not have been more helpful in guiding us on activities that would be appropriate for our family. We particularly appreciated them maintaining a warm and hospital environment during Christmas.

We are staying at casa Andina premium in Lima for a week. It is Christmas and no one is in the lobby or bar and all shops are closed. We thought we could make a fun event for our kids and play a movie on one of the unused (not even on) tv in the bar but were kicked out of the lobby by the manager saying these TVs are reserved for sports ONLY. The TV wasn’t even on!! And there was no one there. not so merry Christmas. I do not recommend this hotel for families.

We booked a suite. the room was huge but needed to be refreshed. the carpet was stained and dirty, looking very old. in the bathroom a light bulb was hanging by its wires. some furniture was broken. on the service side, the person cleaning the room didn't bother removing the glass from the sink! the front desk was not very welcoming. I don't think I have seen a single smile there. The breakfast buffet was ok. I forgot to mention that we booked a room for 3 and there was no sofa/bed for the third person when we arrived. This seems to be common in chile or peru where they consider kids sleep with parents. The hotel kindly added a bed for our son at no charge. But if you book a room in chile or peru make sure you explicitly request an additional bed.

I celebrate my pre cumple in this hotel, they were special with me. I received a little gift. Is a comfortable hotel if you wanna relax and quiet.
