Casa Andina Premium Miraflores

This hotel is quite popular, as I saw foreigners, Peruvians, and even flight crews checking in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but that's not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was nice and plentiful. The hotel is located in Miraflores, a nice area that felt safe to walk around in. Just outside the hotel there is a small convenience store where you can buy water, snacks etc. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants, a shopping mall, and a park where you can see the ocean and the cliffs. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

My birthday celebration was here. The hotel brought me 2 slices of chocolate cake and a card, surprising me upon my room service addition for a great birthday wish. Rooms beautifully maintained, close to the boutique side of town and restaurants close within walking distance.

Excellent customer service by Anell, Valeria, and Lorena at the front desk. This is a wonderful hotel and the desk staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to help us with our checkout and we really appreciate their help.||The hotel is very clean and nice. The breakfast in the morning has many options. The hotel is also very well situated and close to a lot of restaurants and sites.

The building isnt sound proofed so we could hear the bussle of the city. Thwy also didn't give free breakfast and didn't allow us to stay 3 adults to a 2 bed room. No hot tub access as they make reservations for 1 hour at a time. Overall lame excuse of a luxury hotel, they definitely nickel and dime you for the small things.

In early July, 2025, I stayed at the Casa Andina Premium Miraflores, in Lima. I was visting for a few days, for an academic conference. The airport pickup service was fantastic. The driver was courtueous and kind. In planning trip details and then also making arrangements while I was there, the Concierge service was excellent. The staff were so kind and good at their job. It is a somewhat older hotel. But that is part of what I found comfortable including, for example, some of the older woodwork in the rooms. The food provided at the in-hotel dining room was superb, not to mention the amazingly generous breakfast. I found the gym and spa services great and very helpful. The next time I am in Lima, I would definitely plan on staying there again.

The hotel is really nice located. Due to my travel I had the opportunity to stay 3 times. The first time the room was fantastic super big with incredible beds, and toilet was beautiful with an amazing shower. The second and third time I had different rooms, the beds were still amazing and the space of the room really good, although the shower and toilet didn’t look that good and the shower was old fashion and spilled everywhere. Another inconvenient was the key card, that didn’t work for the elevator. We had to change them multiple times and still the issue was there. On a positive note the personal of the hotel is very kind and willingly to help. I hope for the future they could fix the key situation and improve the shower in the different rooms.

This hotel certainly hasn't been maintained very well. I first stayed here in 2018 and back then it was beautiful with a really nice lobby, clean rooms, and good food. Fast forward to 2025 and the first thing I noticed was how depressing and dirty the lobby looks now. Everything seems like it is deteriorating. Even the menu choices. Water in the rooms isn't very reliable, and the mid-level rooms seem to have a musty mildewy smell. The staff are still high quality though, and the concierge was very helpful. I hope they renovate the rest of the rooms someday. At this point the best thing about this property is the location.

I recently stayed at Casa Andina Premium Miraflores, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. While the check-in and room booking via Booking.com were a bit confusing and initially misleading, the hotel staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to make changes at no extra cost. Their service was both friendly and professional, which immediately set a positive tone for my stay.|The room itself was very comfortable, with great water pressure and a fantastic shower. The soft sheets added an extra layer of comfort that made for a very restful night. Breakfast was a standout – there were more options than I could’ve imagined, and each one was delicious. The staff made sure everything was top-notch, with friendly and efficient service that truly enhanced the overall experience.|I highly recommend Casa Andina Premium Miraflores for anyone visiting the area. Despite a small hiccup at the start, their hospitality and quality made up for it in every way.|The pool was great too.|Special shout of for thanks to Gisella and Abdul!
