What a wonderful hotel in all ways! The breakfast buffet that is mentioned in other reviews is really that good. Plentiful, delicious, clean, varied! We looked forward to it every morning. The breakfast manager (I think Valerie) was so helpful and welcoming. The concierges helped with every need. The pool was a nice amenity and we used it and the dry sauna twice during our stay. We were traveling with a toddler and felt the hotel was very family friendly. Our room was beautiful.

We (2 adults and 1 teenager) stayed at this hotel for three nights in July 2024. The hotel is immaculate, impressive and exactly what we were looking for. The breakfast buffet is by far, the best breakfast buffet we ever had at any hotel - hands down! The updated room was exceptionally clean and spacious. The view of Lima was beautiful. I would not hesitate booking a room at this hotel - great staff, service and location! Would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is well located in Miraflores area, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops. Friendly staff, room decor looks a contemporary/old as well as most areas in the hotel. There is a nice indoor heated small pool which is great to relax after a long day walking Lima.

From the entrance, the reception, we also liked the attention of the lady. In the restaurant I highlight Naomi and Camila. The bartender helped us a lot by explaining the drinks. Junior the concierge gave us all the directions through maps to go visit the best places without needing to take a tour.

The hotel boasts a prime location and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. While the room could use some modernization and a deep clean, the inviting lobby and stylish bar offered great spots to relax.

This hotel is in a great location, close to many restaurants, cafes, and parks. We walked to the Inka Market to shop for gifts. We enjoyed a Sunday afternoon at the Kennedy Park, which is very close. The staff all speak English (or will let you practice your Spanish) and were very helpful when looking for local places to eat. After a long travel day, it was great to know the beds and pillows were really comfortable.
