Staying here now in room 1012. Must say what a nice hotel this is. Staff are very friendly and affording and always happy to help.||The breakfast area and the food are wonderful. Great choice of food, in abundance for those that like a good start to the day.||My room is spotless, with some water provided for free. Good selections of tea / coffee available and replenished when required.||Would definitely recommend this hotel. ||Well done to all the staff at this hotel.👏👏👏👌👌👍👍👍

We booked a suite. the room was huge but needed to be refreshed. the carpet was stained and dirty, looking very old. in the bathroom a light bulb was hanging by its wires. some furniture was broken. on the service side, the person cleaning the room didn't bother removing the glass from the sink! the front desk was not very welcoming. I don't think I have seen a single smile there. The breakfast buffet was ok. I forgot to mention that we booked a room for 3 and there was no sofa/bed for the third person when we arrived. This seems to be common in chile or peru where they consider kids sleep with parents. The hotel kindly added a bed for our son at no charge. But if you book a room in chile or peru make sure you explicitly request an additional bed.

We enjoyed our experience here so much! The manager Tito helped us solve some problems. We will always come back every time we go to Lima. We come about five times a year. I’d highly recommend this hotel.

Had previously stayed in another sister hotel in Lima and was hoping this was a “premium” step up but it’s not and realistically this is just another large tourist hotel. |Room was very clean but very dated. |Nice, helpful staff. |Decent buffet style breakfast.

What a great hotel in a great location.  I stayed here on my vacation to Lima and loved how nice this place was. The staff were super accommodating, friendly, funny, and always helpful. The rooms are grand. Very spacious, super comfortable beds, excellent showers with plenty of room to move around, and a great view of the city. One of the best parts is the location. Plenty of shops, stores, and restaurants around to walk to safely. And close enough to get to any sights you're looking to visit. I'll surely be staying here again on my next trip.

Quiet, Clean, comfortable room. Good beds. Fabulous breakfast. Great massages in the spa. Helpful staff. Good location.

Yeah, the location's awesome, but that's about it. The rooms are old and gross. The carpets are disgusting, and the whole place needs a makeover. The front desk people are rude and useless. Our room wasn't ready, and nobody helped with our bags. The pool's warm, but tiny and needs a scrub, just like the roof – you can barely see the sun! This ain't a five-star hotel, not even close. There are tons of better places to stay in Lima. Don't bother wasting your time or money here.

This hotel is quite popular, as I saw foreigners, Peruvians, and even flight crews checking in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The decor is a bit dated, but that's not a big deal. The breakfast buffet was nice and plentiful. The hotel is located in Miraflores, a nice area that felt safe to walk around in. Just outside the hotel there is a small convenience store where you can buy water, snacks etc. The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants, a shopping mall, and a park where you can see the ocean and the cliffs. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.
