Good hotel, large room with comfortable bed and everything you need - hairdryer, TV etc. Fan, no air con. Has a lift. Reception good and helpful, speak English. Breakfast very good. Convenient location, easy walk to main square. Tried a massage at the hotel, expensive but good!

A small, clean, spacious hotel with a great staff. Zuhei took care of us for dinner in the lobby restaurant out 1st night in Arequipa and took amazing care of us, treating us like family. She is a treasure! Looking forward to our 3 nights at the hotel as well as meals in the restaurant.

It is a wonderful Hotel. Beautiful and very clean Standard rooms with lovely lounge and even a Terrasse with a wonderful view at Arequipa. The staff is amazing! Especially, Alfonso! He helped me out with my issue of the missing luggage. He saved my holidays in Peru! The staff takes all the time to serve you. So amazing and overwhelming! The location ist also very close to every place within the city. I recommend the place to everyone who want to enjoy themselves.

Very clean and welcoming staff. And good breakfast! Thank you! Ideal for a quick work trip to Arequipa. Seems to be very popular with tourists and people on work trips and located within walking distance to the beautiful cathedral plaza and some lovely restaurants

Staff were not very welcoming when we signed in. Didn’t take luggage to room. Room has no aircon or fans. Have to open one window only to have music blaring into room.
