Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to historical centre. Rooms were clean and the views of the Volcanos an added pleasure. The general feel of the hotel was safe and welcoming. It is a good basic option for travellers. The beautiful terrace should be highlighted more! It was a great place to meditate do yoga and begin and end the day. We engaged in lovely conversations with zuhai from the Sama dining room.

Nice practical hotel. Easy access. And everything you need for a night or two. Good breakfast, with excellent service (shout out to Harry).

Rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Nice buffet breakfast. Great location, short walk to the centre.

This is such an inconsiderate and honestly stupid hotel.After informing them that I was not capable of making my journey as I was hospitalized, they refused to make any modification nor offer a refund.I actually rescheduled my flights for the start of 2026 but I can assure you that I will not be staying with such a heartless provider.

The staff is amazing. They are very kind and genuine. I truly appreciate their support and care. My experience was wonderful and made me at home. Special thanks to Harry and Yeny for they charisma and beautiful smiles. :)

I had a very easy check in, breakfast was simple but very good quality. Check out with Yanina was very nice as well. I could leave one luggage until next day

Amazing hotel, the best in all Peru, best breakfast with yummy exotic jams like coca leaves, aguaymanto jam, healthy corner and wide variety of healthy and fresh products. The waiters are kind and friendly, specially my favourite, Harry, send him a greeting here!

I was able to checkin early when I arrived at the hotel. My room was in a good postion. Very quiet with the largest bed I've slept in, so comfortable A high floor terrace for stunning sunset views. Breakfast had a large variety to choose from. The second floor has access to various hot drinks. A great location to go out & explore Arequipa.
