UPDATE: I talked to the staff and the manager was very gracious and incredibly transparent. I will leave the original post but wanted to be clear that I believe they are trying to do the right thing and did say they were eager to take action steps to prevent this in the future. ORIGINAL POST: The place has potential as a rustic old hotel and the staff was friendly and helpful. But I am up at 4am after a skin crawling night where I just felt covered in bugs. Very little sleep ahead of an adventure filled day in Cusco sadly. Sure enough, they have a bed bug infestation. But, that is not all. There is also some sort of microscopic bugs as well that are more difficult to see. Stay away unless they fix this problem. I will certainly update this review once I see the response of the staff and owner. I am including multiple photos of the bed bugs.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything you'd want to see in Cusco. The breakfast was very good and began at 5:00am which was helpful for people heading out on tours. Standard wifi is offered in public areas of hotel. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Only bads: there was a smell of sewage coming from the water pipes (although displeasing it is quite normal; I have experienced in other Latin American cities) and the shower took a while to heat up. Overall I highly recommend this hotel.

A very nice hotel located near the center of Cusco. What the hotel lacks in luxury it more than makes up in world class luxury service. The staff is top notch. They were super helpful and kind. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

This was my second stay at Casa Andina Koricancha in as many years and the staff here continues to go above and beyond! In particular, Nathali at the front desk is incredibly efficient and caring; she became a genuine friend to my 10 yr old daughter and this made my daughter feel at home immediately in Casa Andina! When we experienced altitude sickness,  Marilux contacted our favorite local pizzeria to have pizza delivered to our room so we wouldn't be hungry all night. When we couldn't get tickets online to the Cusco Planetarium, Marilux called them and put us on the list. The property itself is a quaint colonial house within walking distance of everything touristy.

Lovely 3* hotel that provides a nourishing breakfast. It is conveniently located, and less than 10 minutes from the main square. Staff are very friendly. The onsite Sama restaurant provides meals at a reasonable expense.

A great hotel and very welcoming staff. Great breakfast. Avoid room 117 - noise from some kind of a pump will keep you up all night.

The welcome is so warm and so are the workers. The rooms are just perfect and really comfy, and the breakfast, lunch and dinner service are top quality products, so typical and delicious.
