appreciated Yerdi and Jesus o during our stay there. hotel was lovely and conveniently located. the town is really walkable in any case. rooms clean and decently sized. lobby had places for you to rest and relax with free tea. they held my baggage that i didn’t want to bring along to machu picchu after check out. all in all a solid place to stay with in Aguas Calientes but i have to warn that it is right next to the train tracks.

The service , attitude of the personnel, and cleanliness of the hotel are exceeding all expectations. It is absolutely obvious that people , who work there, are taking a great pride in their work, and treating hotel visitors as their personal guests. |I would like to specifically mention Adler in the restaurant at the breakfast for his friendliness, personal approach, and excellent English language skills. I am very grateful for his help in suggestions on planning my time for the half a day I had to wait for the train. |At the front desk Yerdi and Jesus are always ready to answer your questions.|And Rosa's smile really brightens your day.|Hotel is squeaky clean, breakfast is excellent, and location is very convenient: close to the train station, artisan market, and bus stop to Machu Pichu.|The only thing I would recommend, if you are planning to stay there, is to ask for the room, which is not facing the railroad. Although, there are no trains at night, in the evening and in the morning, those rooms are noisy, and you will hear all the train station announcements. And do not stay in the room 310, because laundry room seems to be right above, and the noise washing machine is very loud in the room. |Altogether, it is a wonderful, very well maintained hotel with very special, friendly, and attentive staff.

When I first arrived to my room, I was unimpressed with the quality of the accomodation. However, Yerdi and Orlando were very friendly, helpful, and professional when they graciously helped meet my needs. They made my stay comfortable and worth while. I would 100% recommend this hotel for those visiting the area; the breakfast was alright as well.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, & a tasty breakfast buffet. I reserved a room facing the river so we did not get disturbed by train noises through the night & morning. We were able to store our bags the next morning when we checked out so we could go to Machu Picchu with just a day pack. Highly recommend this place for a restful stop!

We had a really good experience at Casa Andina in Aguas calientes. I would like to note that they offer massages in the hotel. This worked out great because we were tired from all the excursions in Cusco and really needed a foot massage, which we got at a very good price. I would also like to give a special shout out to Orlando and Alexander. They were both very helpful and kind. Alexander who works in the restaurant even got ice for us and deliver it to our rooms. The only thing I will note that wasn't fully great was the attention at the reception desk. Other than that service was great.|The buffet was pretty good and the room was nice for Aguas Calientes. Also, please know there is no air condition in the rooms.

Rooms- No thermostat. First floor is right under the train tracks. Echo chamber. Service- They know you aren’t coming back. They have a picture on the front desk, and behind it is a list of hidden fees. When they charged us $30usd for some random fee, they said “it was listed right here!” And then moved the picture. Also the dinner menu in the hotel restaurant has like 3 items on it. Location- Great if it wasn’t for the train that wakes you up. It’s close to the train and the bus.

Great experience staying at Casa Andina. The room had large windows with the river view. Amazing to hear the sounds of the water in the morning. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Close access to the train station and the bus to Machu Picchu. Overall great stay.
