I highly recommend Casa Andina. The rooms were good-sized and clean. The customer service and staff attention were outstanding. Housekeeping was responsive when needed. The breakfast was amazing, definitely a step above the standard fare. A big shout out to Shelly who made sure our breakfasts were hot, fresh, and that we were well taken care of. We initially planned to stay for one night but ended up staying for a second night and do not regret it one bit. We look forward to staying again during our next Machu Picchu trip. Our only con was that the hotel was close to the train station speaker. This would stop overnight, but could get annoying at times in the early evening. I’m also not sure if this would have been the same at other hotels. It is quite the small town based on what we could gather in our brief time there.

Nice stay in a clean comfortable room with a lovely view of the river. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Free filtered water refill machine in the lobby.

We had a great stay thanks to Michell for the service at the check in, she was amazing. The room with river view was confortable and very nice, the hotel is clean and tidy. The quality vs price ratio is good compared to the standards in Machu Picchu pueblo, definitly recommended

When I first arrived to my room, I was unimpressed with the quality of the accomodation. However, Yerdi and Orlando were very friendly, helpful, and professional when they graciously helped meet my needs. They made my stay comfortable and worth while. I would 100% recommend this hotel for those visiting the area; the breakfast was alright as well.

Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms, & a tasty breakfast buffet. I reserved a room facing the river so we did not get disturbed by train noises through the night & morning. We were able to store our bags the next morning when we checked out so we could go to Machu Picchu with just a day pack. Highly recommend this place for a restful stop!

Really nice hotel conveniently located close to the train station to Machu Picchu at a reasonable cost. Friendly front desk staff.||Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast served downstairs and I received such good service from Shery, who was very sweet and accommodating.||I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Machu Picchu. Try to reserve a room facing the river rather than the street.

Great experience staying at Casa Andina. The room had large windows with the river view. Amazing to hear the sounds of the water in the morning. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. Close access to the train station and the bus to Machu Picchu. Overall great stay.

Rooms- No thermostat. First floor is right under the train tracks. Echo chamber. Service- They know you aren’t coming back. They have a picture on the front desk, and behind it is a list of hidden fees. When they charged us $30usd for some random fee, they said “it was listed right here!” And then moved the picture. Also the dinner menu in the hotel restaurant has like 3 items on it. Location- Great if it wasn’t for the train that wakes you up. It’s close to the train and the bus.
