Disappointing Experience – Poor Communication and Maintenance
After a long and tiring journey, we arrived at Casa Artista By Kresna late at night, only to find no one at the reception to assist with check-in. We waited for about 15 minutes before the security finally showed up and helped with the process.
Upon entering our villa (Villa 3), we noticed that the air conditioning was not cooling properly. The bathroom was in poor condition — the shower hose and bidet were badly rusted and had visible mold. I ended up cleaning and sanitizing the bathroom myself as there was no staff available to assist.
Despite reporting the air conditioning issue via WhatsApp, the response was delayed, and although we were told someone would come to check, no one showed up even after we returned from dinner. Unfortunately, I had to spend the entire night without a functioning air conditioner.
I had to insist on compensation during checkout, which should not have been necessary if proper service and support had been provided from the start. The villa seriously needs to improve its communication, maintenance, and customer service.
