Casa Azul Havana

The hostal is very central to all the sights and sounds of Old Havana. Rooms are clean, compact though adequate. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. However, just remember it is Cuba, with all its challenges...

Very good hotel, clean, well located, excellent breakfast on the rooftop. People were nice and helpful. The situation is very strategic in Habana vieja. Close to the museum of the revolution and the museum of bella artes. And close to restaurants and bars

The rooms were OK & they changed bedsheets every day. It was super loud though because the windows didn’t have any glass. The breakfast was OK with lots of fresh fruits. The coffee though was horrible. The staff didn’t know how to prepare sunny side eggs! 😵 The registration desk people didn’t give us any suggestions where to eat or what to visit.

Stayed here as part of a G Adventures tour. Great home base in Havana. Friendly and helpful staff and very centrally located. Breakfast was on a beautiful terrace and had great fresh fruit. Would definately plan to stay again if ever in Havana again.

Azul Habana is a great place to stay, full of Cuban charm and character, and in a good area, easily within walking distance of some of the key sightseeing areas in Havana. The bedrooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast is served on the roof terrace with plenty of food choices. The staff are always smiling, very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying at Azul Habana.

This casa is located in the best part of Havana, Havana Vieja, and there are a few nice restaurants right outside. Staff is very friendly and helpful, any question you have just ask them and they will try to help any way they can. And they are available 24/7. Rooms are nice and comfortable, clean and with A/C. They serve breakfast in their lovely terrace and they offer a great selection of food and drinks. |I would definately go back there if I am in Havana.

Loved this place. Stylish, well located, fabulous staff (Arnando and Mila in particular - not sure about spelling and sorry to them if wrong). G Adventures put us there, and G Adventures know what they are doing. We stayed an additional 3 nights at the end of their tour. The Azul is at the heart of things: around the corner from the best two restaurants and bars in Vieja (according to Lonely Planet), and also the fine art museum which is a huge must-see.

We were booked here in mid April 2023 for 4 days. The staff is amazing, kind, humble and very helpful. The whole hotel is clean and the rooms were cleaned on a daily basis, each having a safe in which you can leave your important belongings. There's breakfast included, which you will eat on the roof of the building. It's not as scary or strange as it sounds since it's nicely decorated. There's a bar in the lobby open 24h where you can buy water, beer, soda, cigarettes. I definitely recommend this location.
