Casa Azul Pizzeria

Service was good. They were attentive. We ordered pizza- they were all tasty. Brick oven, personal size with 8 small slices so 2 people can eat from it if your not to hungry. Location is right on the beach. We went on a rainy day so it was empty and quiet.

I’m not a very picky person especially when it comes to trying a new place to eat, but this experience put me in a position to be honest as I usually try. The staff is very friendly, there was just one little thing that bothered my experience was as when I asked for a bottle of water. We the waitress brought the bottle to me I noticed it was their brand and it was natural mineral water. I asked if they had mineral water with gas and she brings me club soda. I said that’s not mineral water with. She tried to convince me otherwise. Then the food arrived and it was just more or less… We were hungry. May companion had the fish dish and I had the most simple, pepperoni pizza. The cheese didn’t taste like mozzarella… I usually take what I don’t eat to go but it wasn’t good enough for. Me to take and reheat. I don’t highly recommend this location but if you must go it’s on you!

We got pizza delivered to the beach and it came warm and delicious. My favorite was La capitaleña. Literally the best pizza I tried in Las Terrenas!

I enjoyed this place! I visited with my family and the pizza was delicious plus it’s right in front of the beach. My girls went to the beach as we waited for our food. Highly recommend and will come back

Loved sitting right on the beach, feet in the sand, sharing a pizza and drink. The beach dogs were also a plus, very friendly.

Casa Azul Pizzeria (Libertad, Las Terrenas 32000) is a place where you can enjoy real Italian pizza with an ocean view! 🍕🌊 The location of this pizzeria is simply perfect - in the heart of the city, right on the beach. 🏖️ You can enjoy delicious food and admire the beautiful scenery. ✨ The staff at Casa Azul Pizzeria is very friendly and attentive. 😊 And what is especially nice is that they speak English! 👍 Unfortunately, I didn't have time to sit in the pizzeria, as my loved ones were waiting for me at home. ❤️ So I took the pizza with me. 😉 You can see it in the photo already at home. 📸 I ordered half a pizza with tuna and half a vegetarian pizza. 🍕 And it turned out to be just great! 😋 Thin dough, juicy toppings, fragrant spices - everything is as it should be. 👌 And most importantly, the pizza here is cooked in a real wood-fired oven! 🔥 You need to see this! I always tip around 20%, but not here. The two waiters both ignored me all night. The one waiter who was supposed to be waiting on me immediately jumped up and helped the two people behind me. I guess I gave off a bad vibe so they ignored me all night. I just got up and went to the cashier paid my 800 pesos and would have left the 200 for the server, but since he wasn’t interested in serving me I walked to Bon and bought ice cream with his tip money. Also the cheese here ruined the pizza, the crust was amazing, if they used the cheese they use at Sparrows, this pizza would be great. Honestly the service looked great for everyone else here, but not me. And trust me I go all over the world, I’m used to waiting. In this town there are plenty of Pizza places, this one I’ll pass. It has a great view and seemed like good service except for me, but that’s ok I had ice cream.
