We stayed here for 4 nights in early October 2024. It's a good location that's about 10-minute walk from the Madonna dell'Orto vaporetto stop which Alilaguna boats also use - so it was very easy to get to from Marco Polo airport. It's a relatively short walk to most places in Venice but this is well placed for the Grand Canal and F.te Nove stops if you want to get anywhere quicker or further afield - but come the evening this was a quiet and pleasant location.
This is a genuine bed and breakfast accommodation on the first floor of an apartment block that was previously part of a Franciscan monastery. Our room was sizeable, decorated very nicely and offered a really comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The continental style breakfast (boiled egg, cereals, breads, fruit juice and fresh coffee) on the terrace overlooking a small walled garden space was excellent every day, and Marco and Alessandra were really friendly and informative hosts, furnishing us with plenty of information about good places to eat, drink and visit (it's easy to get it wrong in Venice given the vast choice). Definitely would stay here again on a return visit to Venice.
