We adored our stay here. Such a great location and we loved the neighbourhood. Our room was large and comfortable. Their restaurant recommendations were spot-on and we particularly enjoyed Au Bistrot. Already planning to book for next year and spend some more time in Bordeaux.

It is not easy to rate this establishment. Its not that its not good, just it may be good for a small segment of travellers. The B&B is in a renovated old building with some very nice architectural artefacts. However, the design of the use of space is not too friendly to a traveler, especially if you plan to stay there for a few days or more. Let me first talk about the things I like about this B&B:|1. Beautiful old building,|2. very good room size for the room I rented, including a huge bathroom with bathtub. The room is bright with two big french door and window. |Areas that I think it would improve to make staying there more enjoyable and convenient:|1. There is no closet or to put your clothes, so we have to lay out all our clothings on a big coach. If you have clothes, pants and jackets you want to hang, you may be out of luck, since there is very little space for hanging clothes, and the hangers supplied could not hang pants. So we lay our pants on the big couch. |2. The night tables are very small and not too much space to put a tablet and a phone and a glass of water there. We have to put the table lamp on the floor in order to make space for other items.|3. The toilet is in a different room outside of the bedroom area, and away from the bathroom. Unfortunately, there is no sink in the toilet area, and each time after going to toilet, one have to walk over to the bathroom to wash your hands, a bit inconvenient. |4. On arrival, we were asked what kind of bread we want in the morning, we indicated chocolate croissant, and we were given that for the 5 days we stayed there for breakfast. I think it would have been nice if they have offered other choices each morning. |5. There is no menu for the breakfast, and person looking after the breakfast would come and ask what you want. Unless I know of all the items that they can provide, I could only ask for the familiar items. I thought a simple menu with different offerings would be useful for clients.

The best description for this B&B is "quirky". Our room was large (by European standards) with comfortable furniture and somewhat unusual washroom facilities. The location is excellent, near the tram stop and within walking distance of many fine restaurants and a beautiful park. One caution - we used the car service recommended by the host (for transportation to the hotel and onward to the train station after our stay) and the rate charged was significantly higher than mentioned on the website.

Casa Blanca is the dreamiest bed and breakfast. Situated in a quiet and convenient location, it has everything to offer. This cozy spot is just two blocks from Jardin Public, which is perfect for relaxing walks. There are a number of lovely restaurants nearby as well. Everything, but EVERYTHING, is walkable from here. The building itself is incredibly charming, combining character with modern comfort. Rooms are stylish, large, and filled with warm light. Clean, with nice shower products, too. The beds are comfortable, and the sheets are crisp and clean. Breakfast is delicious; it seems the ingredients are carefully chosen and assembled. The best bread, croissant, butter, fruit, coffee!! I took it in my room most of the time, upon request, however breakfast in the shared area was very nice as well. The greenhouse room is filled with plants, and has a warm, energetic vibe…so relaxing for a quiet conversation or a book. Gildas, the owner, goes above and beyond, and above all, the staff are extremely accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will definitely stay again, and recommend it to everyone I know.

Amazing accommodation in beautifully renovated house. The host, Gildas was extremely responsive and her restaurant recommendations were excellent. Breakfast was of a very high quality with fresh ingredients. We will certainly return to Casa Blanca when we next visit Bordeaux.

We loved our stay at Casa Blanca! The service was great and the staff gave us great tips and recommendations for Bordeaux. Breakfast was also nice - pastries, tea, coffee, juice, cheese board, fruit, eggs, everything! The location is also wonderful. It is very close to the Jardin Public which we made sure to stop through every day since it was so lovely. It’s also close to the tram. Would stay here again.

Absolutely LOVED staying here, beautiful space (aesthetically pleasing), large room, great breakfast, gorgeous neighbourhood and friendly staff (shout out to Basma). It’s a quick walk to anywhere and it’s a huge bonus that it’s just above the park. I had stayed at the Mondrian before and would have much preferred to spend my days here. I will most definitely stay again if coming to Bordeaux

Beautiful hotel in a lovely area close to the public gardens and lots of lovely restaurants. The breakfast was an extravagant affair with cheese, fresh bread, delicious pastries, a selection of hand prepared dishes and good coffee. The room was spacious and clean.
