Love birds and Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Reserve? This is such a perfect location. It's within walking distance of the Owl Bar and Cafe, best hamburgers in New Mexico. It's easy driving to the Reserve. And best of all, it's in a historic little town with a lot of atmosphere.
The house was built in 1880 and in its time was one of the largest Victorian style farm houses in the area. We stayed in the largest room, the Heron Room. The advantage of this room is that it is enormous and has a huge bathroom with shower, tub and spa. You will want to have an extra chair to perch on for use of the wi-fi. You may also want to bring in your folding camp chair for an easy reading place or use the living room.
Phoebe prepares a healthy breakfast of choices, yogurt, eggs, fruit, etc. The B&B is seasonal, check the calendar. It's available October through April.
