Casa Bocobo Hotel

I recently stayed at Casa Bocobo and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The staff is exceptional—every member, from the welcoming guards to the front desk team, goes above and beyond. Their common sense and initiative truly set this hotel apart from others, like Alicia Residences, where I’ve experienced a lack of attentiveness and mediocre staffs. The facilities are great and reflect the price, but it’s the people that make the stay so memorable. The collaborative efforts between management and staff ensure that every guest feels valued and respected. I’ll definitely be coordinating future stays for our guests here, and I look forward to returning myself. If only more hotels had this kind of atmosphere and respect. Many hotels are welcoming, but the staff here are genuinely the most welcoming I’ve encountered—there's no sense of forced friendliness, just sincere hospitality. I will definitely go back to this place! They also allowed us to leave our luggage without extra-free after we successfully checked out, which was a huge help while we toured the nearby attractions. In fact, this is my first time taking the effort to leave a comment, and I felt it was important to share my experience given how outstanding it was. How I was all Filipino hotels staff will be the same like the Casa Bocobo staffs.

The staff at Casa Bocobo Hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home; the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I would definitely stay here again.

Located in the middle of Ermita and right across Luneta park and within walking distance to the museums and within walking distance to laundromat and 711. Spacious room and it is only two floors. no elevator. However, it was a good stay for sure

Staff is great, polite and accomodating. Wifi is poor. Room smells like McDonalds because the vent of McDonald's is directly blowing at the 2nd floor. You will smell greasy the longer you stay in your room. No elevator. Walls are thin. You can literally hear the next room. Water dispensers are empty on Sundays. The breakfast is not worth it.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of manila, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist. The place os very nice and the delicious breakfast options. I highly recommend Casa Bocobo Hotel!

Luxurious Rooms, Affordable price room and Handsome & Pretty Room Attendant/ Housekeeping. The Receptionist is very Attentive Specially the graveyard shift Mr.Malakas is active to check and to address the guest online booking and walk in. The hallway is clean and smells good.

Casa Bocobo is a gem. It's a place where you can truly unwind and appreciate the beauty of the city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable hotel experience.

Very traditional place. If you want to stay in a traditional hotel, you’ll find it here. Staff were great! Security officers were so nice and accommodating. Had a pleasant stay
