The room was nice. The staff were approachable and friendly but the best thing about this hotel is the location! Fastfood chains and 7/11 are a few steps away. Robinsons is 10 minutes away by foot, landmarks are only few minutes away! i felt at home in my hotel room. The bed was comfy and the comforter was so warm and thick, wifi was fast and the warm shower works. We’ll book again once when go back to Manila for my interview at the embassy.

My overnight stay at Casa Bocobo in September 2025 was fantastic and I can't recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, we were well taken care of, with the hotel staff and security guards being incredibly approachable and helpful. They even accommodated an early check-in for a small fee, which was a huge convenience. The location is a major highlight. We were able to walk to so many places, including McDo, 7-11, J.Co, Amber's, SLEC, and Robinson's Place. It made grabbing food and shopping a breeze. As for the room, it was a perfect place to be well-rested. The AC was cold, the room was spotless, and the hot water shower was a welcome touch. We also appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and cable TV, along with the free drinking water and free parking. Overall, it was a truly great experience that made our trip so much more comfortable.

Have a great stay here for 4nights and 5days. I love how the staff is so polite and accommodating. The lobby and the entire hotel smell so nice and the rooms are neat. The location is great too, super accessible for foods, Rizal Park and many more attractions. Definitely a must to stay here again.

A very good hotel near Intramuros area, Rizal park and Philippines national museum. You can go walking during the daylight without problems. At night the area has not too many people on the street but the hotel has private guards on the main door.

Every thing is perfect, great front staff, security, and house keeper. Fabulous place to stay. Just be careful outside at night, the staff told us what street to stay away from, because of purse snatchers. The homeless are very aggressive verbally asking for money yelling at us, they even called my asawa names because she didn't give them any money. Note; we like helping the true homeless but not the rude ungrateful ones.

(Translated by Google) The room and the location are ok but I just want to highlight that I know you have a policy for visitors, please implement it properly, you should secure the privacy of the guest, you should not just enter unless it is properly coordinated or informed by your guest. And especially you should not disclose the guest's information. (Original) Ok naman yun room And The location pero gusto ko lang highlight na I know may policy kayo sa mga visitors sana implement ng maayos you should secure The privacy ng guest na hindi dapat kayo basta basta nagpapasok unless it is properly coordinated or informed your guest. And lalong lalo na hindi kayo nag dedevulge ng information ng guest.

All in all, a very convenient place when you have a convention/seminar/workshop located in Ermita or at The Manila Hotel. The pricing fair, the rooms are clean, and if you’re mostly out the whole day, this place really just where you get quality sleep time.

I recently stayed at Casa Bocobo and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The staff is exceptional—every member, from the welcoming guards to the front desk team, goes above and beyond. Their common sense and initiative truly set this hotel apart from others, like Alicia Residences, where I’ve experienced a lack of attentiveness and mediocre staffs. The facilities are great and reflect the price, but it’s the people that make the stay so memorable. The collaborative efforts between management and staff ensure that every guest feels valued and respected. I’ll definitely be coordinating future stays for our guests here, and I look forward to returning myself. If only more hotels had this kind of atmosphere and respect. Many hotels are welcoming, but the staff here are genuinely the most welcoming I’ve encountered—there's no sense of forced friendliness, just sincere hospitality. I will definitely go back to this place! They also allowed us to leave our luggage without extra-free after we successfully checked out, which was a huge help while we toured the nearby attractions. In fact, this is my first time taking the effort to leave a comment, and I felt it was important to share my experience given how outstanding it was. How I was all Filipino hotels staff will be the same like the Casa Bocobo staffs.
