Tampa Bay Food Tours is in love with Casa Cami! 🌅 The 10th-floor rooftop at The Current Hotel offers sweeping views of Tampa Bay—absolutely stunning at sunset. Come for the views, stay for the food! As part of the Oxford Exchange team, the restaurant delivers impeccable attention to detail. Lovely Mexican décor complements authentic touches of traditional Mexican-style fare. The staff is incredibly friendly, service is attentive, and the mix of indoor and outdoor seating makes for a truly memorable dining experience. Visit soon and tell them Tampa Bay Food Tours sent you.

For my daughter's 21st birthday, she wanted to go somewhere with a view of the water. It was our first time here. We absolutely loved it. The view of the bay is beautiful. The temperature on the outside patio was perfect. We started with the salsa trio and chips. All 3 salsa's were delicious, and the chips are fresh. My daughter got a frozen margarita and my wife got the Oaxacan old fashioned. They loved them. I wanted a half and half iced tea. I was brought the best tasting iced tea I think I've ever had. It was sweetened with simple syrup. Both my daughters and wife got tacos, and I got the snapper. To top it all off, a dessert was brought out to my daughter Katie for her birthday. It was very unique. Ice cream on top of a cookie, garnished with fresh strawberry slices and another cookie with skull icing. Looked like Dia De Los Muertos. Delicious. All the food was a 10 out of 10. The service and atmosphere was a 10 out of 10. Next time in town, we will return. I want to give a special thank you to Natalie our server. You made our experience special.

This is a wonderful restaurant to visit if you want to hop over to Tampa but don't want to deal with too much traffic. Right off Rocky Point Road you will find creative Mexican cuisine with a good selection of vegetarian and seafood dishes. Fried oyster mushroom tacos were delicious as was the Hamachi ceviche. The mixed green salad was so much more than that with shaved brussel sprouts and pepitas. The elote was both light and rich with braised onions and only a light dash of crema. Finally a dessert I had never tried, frescas con crema. Yum. Views from the 10th floor are very relaxing and the outdoor patio is perfect for cooler weather.

Google
Casa Cami is a nice place overall, but not quite a “wow” experience. The food was good, but nothing especially memorable, and the service was okay—friendly enough but not outstanding. That said, the views are absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of the visit. Worth stopping by for the scenery, but manage expectations when it comes to the food and service.

I recently had a fantastic dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious, and every dish felt thoughtfully prepared. The rooftop setting added such a relaxing and fun vibe, making the evening even more enjoyable. Between the great flavors and the beautiful atmosphere, it was a truly memorable outing. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a spot with both excellent food and rooftop vibes!

This was my first time at Casa Cami and I absolutely loved it. The atmosphere was stunning and the views were breathtaking. I recommend coming around sunset because it makes the whole experience even more memorable. The drinks were a solid 5/5. I ordered a Manhattan and really enjoyed it. My fiancé’s first drink was a little too tart for her, but her second one was amazing. The tacos were the standout. I would honestly rate them 10 out of 5. I grew up eating authentic Mexican tacos, so I’m pretty particular, and these were so good that I planned on ordering just one plate but ended up getting a second. My fiancé loved them as well. One thing I will mention is that some of the outdoor seating may not be as comfortable if you’re taller than 6 feet. Some of the metal chairs only have a single seat cushion, and after sitting for a while, I noticed it wasn’t the most comfortable. It didn’t ruin the experience, but it’s something to know depending on where you sit. The only other feedback I’d share is that it can get a little dark outside later in the evening, which makes it harder to see your food. I personally like to be able to see my meal clearly, and the small table lights didn’t fully light the whole table. This is definitely just personal preference, and it didn’t take away from how great everything else was. Overall, I highly recommend Casa Cami. The food, the atmosphere, and the views all made this a great experience. I plan to return the next time I’m in Tampa, and I’d love to stay at the hotel so I can come here more than once during the trip. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

Google
Beautiful place with spectacular views! Went with a group. Ordered food and a wine. First, I didn't realize a tiny glass of sangria was $18! I asked the server about the tomato salad ($17). She indicated it was a dinner size portion. Realty it was a side salad at best. I had to send it back. I tried very hard to like it but it was quite gross. The tomatoes were mushy and the feta was nonexistent. It was just bad. Our server was quite put out that she had to serve us. She would have been much happier not working hanging out at a beach bar. I had to request help from another server who was very helpful and friendly. He sent the salad back for me. Way over priced. Great views though!

We had the most wonderful experience at Casa Cami! We were celebrating my best friend’s baby shower, and everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The atmosphere is warm, vibrant, and full of charm, the ideal setting for a special celebration. Amazing view!! A huge shoutout to Aurelio, our server, who made the experience truly unforgettable. His service was phenomenal, attentive, kind, and thoughtful every step of the way. He made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. The food was beyond delicious, every dish was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Our whole group couldn’t stop talking about how good everything was. The entire staff was incredibly kind and friendly, making our celebration feel even more special. Thank you, Casa Cami, for helping us create such a joyful and memorable day. We’ll definitely be back!

Yelp
I came here on a date with my boo and it was my first time. The food was spot on! Super delicious and everything tasted fresh. My favorite was the flautas and the fajitas. The meat fell off the bone into pieces and had amazing flavor. The flautas were super crispy and had great seasoning. The ambiance was super dope. I loved the view of the city paired with the delicious margarita. The service was okay. That is the only thing that lacked. They were super busy and did not attend as much but overall, I would be back for the food and views.

Yelp
Came here for a friend's birthday lunch and honestly--wow. The atmosphere and ambience are absolutely beautiful. We sat outside with an amazing waterfront view, which made the whole meal feel extra special. Service was a little unusual: our bartender inside somehow became our server outside, even though we originally had someone else. Not a big deal, just unexpected. We ordered a ton of different drinks to try out the menu, and there wasn't a single one we didn't enjoy. We even asked our server/bartender to make us a specialty shot based on our tequila of choice and it came out amazing--just like the photo we snapped. Food-wise, everything hit. We tried the queso frito, the Benedict, the French toast, and the papa fritas y aïoli--every single dish was delicious. My only complaint is the service style. Our server didn't write anything down, which led to a few mix-ups: items coming to our table that weren't ours, some things we ordered being missed entirely, and a bit of chaos when it came time to split the check. Despite that, the overall experience was wonderful. Beautiful setting, great drinks, delicious food--I can't wait to come back.

Yelp
Casa Cami is such a super cute Spanish-style restaurant located on the 10th floor of a hotel, and the views are absolutely stunning. You can look out over the water and even see the Howard Frankland Bridge as well as the airplanes going by. I came here for lunch on a Sunday, and it was the perfect way to spend my last day in Tampa. The staff was friendly and our waiter was very nice, which really added to the experience. For food, I ordered the shrimp quesadillas. They were okay. I'll give them about a 7/10 in my opinion, but the guacamole was absolutely delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. Overall, I'm happy I finally checked this place off my list. Between the gorgeous views, relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service, Casa Cami made my last day in Tampa feel like a celebration.

Yelp
second time here for dinner and the food didn't disappoint. Shoutout to Hunter who seamlessly served our group of 14 people by himself. Very pleasant and down to earth. We were tucked in the corner for a more intimate rooftop experience. Some of my favorites were the short rib fajitas, the lime rice & flautas & churros.Truly has become one of my favorite spots.

Yelp
Just wow! The views at this rooftop upscale Mexican restaurant are second to none. I brought my husband here last Sunday night to celebrate his birthday and we loved it. We timed it to arrive at sunset and it didn't disappoint. Lots of cotton candy sky, water views and even a lightning show. You can even see the planes land into TPA. Let me walk you through the experience. One downside is the parking situation. Since this is at rocky point, everything is private, so you can really only park at the hotel. There is valet (not sure of cost) but my husband prefers self-parking. That was about $10 for 4 hours or less. It's kind of strange that you can't simply get it comped for dining at the restaurant, especially since it's not cheap. The hotel itself is gorgeous and we enjoyed strolling through it on our way up. Once you reach the rooftop, it's like you're entering a whole different world, somehow cozy and then very grand. We were seated centrally on the patio, probably to save us from impending rain, but I highly recommend requesting some of the couples tables against the glass for the best view. Our server was phenomenal and so very friendly. I believe his name was Christian? He checked on all of our allergy concerns. We were a little disappointed to learn the guacamole has nuts in some capacity? Be warned as this is highly unusual. We ended up with the salsa trio and the smoky version was our favorite. We just couldn't get enough! I think next time we would try to order that alone. We also tried the classic margarita which was perfectly strong and a Mexican mule that was spicy with Serrano pepper. So unique and refreshing. For mains, we did the churrasco with fries and I had the short rib fajitas which were to die for. Would totally order again, perhaps as a shared plate if you can request more soft tortillas. The corn elote was also a winner. I'm a little conflicted on timing. On one hand it took forever to get our mains--so long that we finished an entire basket of chips and were almost too full for entree. On the other hand, there was zero rushing us and we felt like we never had to leave. Prices are a little high but it's a great occasional date night when you want an escape but don't want to go all the way to water street or Clearwater beach etc.

Yelp
A little disappointed this time around. We went here this time last year and had a completely different experience (in a good way). Brought our friends who were visiting here for dinner and we left embarrassed. All of our dinners came out at significantly different times, the service was very slow, drinks took a really long time to come out and the food was salty I didn't even eat my dish. None of us really did. I love the vibe and that it's rooftop but when you're paying Tampa prices, you expect a tampa experience and this was not it. Not sure if we'll give it another chance, we'll see.

Yelp
My husband and I love this place! It's rare to find a restaurant that offers both great food and a beautiful view. The drinks are delicious too. They have a huge tequila menu. We've been here several times now and all of the food has been delicious. We had brunch here on Sunday and split the mixed green salad for our appetizer. I ordered the chicken tacos and my husband had the chorizo pizza. I'd love it if they would allow an option to order all 3-4 tacos as sampling. If the weather is nice, I highly recommend sitting outside. If you don't have reservations, you may be able to grab a seat at the bar. Happy hour: Monday through Sunday from 3pm-6pm.

Yelp
Beautiful views of Tampa over the water. The service from the door to the table was spectacular. I do recommend making a reservation before hand especially if you're going for brunch. The food was delicious. The portion were on the smaller side. I recommend the strawberry margarita. It's a refreshing craft cocktail. Menu items start at about $14 and range to over $21 per plate. They have a good selection of cocktails, Rose, and brunch drinks ranging from around medium priced at $18-$21 ea. I recommend this place for a maybe a special occasion or just a special trip for brunch. Parking is not free. The restaurant is at a hotel so you'll have to valet or park in the garage. Parking starts at $10 per vehicle for 1-4 hours, $15 for over 4 hrs or $21 for the day.

Yelp
Great vibe & service. Food exceeded my expectations (Brussels sprouts & chicken paillard)

Yelp
Gorgeous rooftop dining. If you park in the hotel parking garage, it's $10 for guests dining there. There is a free garage if you park before you turn left before the street Rusty Pelican is on, so if you're willing to walk a block (which I think is worth it) you can always just park there. The restaurant is on the 10th floor of the hotel. The restaurant is gorgeous, I'm a huge fan of the decor. We sat outside on the patio at around 3:30 p.m. so we were between brunch and dinner on a Sunday. There are views of water all around, it is gorgeous, so I'd suggest sitting outside. My only gripe is there doesn't seem to be fans so it was pretty hot. There is a covering to try to stop the sun from being too bright. I was told the covering doesn't help with rain though. I got a lychee margarita, which is a nice touch on the margarita, but I found it to be good, not great. Next time I'll try another drink. We got chips and queso. The queso was delicious and the chips had a nice amount of salt. I wasn't super hungry so I went with the hamachi ceviche for my "entree". It was delicious and exactly what I was looking for. We got nutella flautas to share and that was very good. Normally I'm not a dessert eater, but this was super rich and flakey. The raspberries helped offset how sweet it was. This is definitely a dessert to share. Overall I would come back here for a date night for sure, but only if it's less hot to sit outside.

Yelp
Beautifully redone rooftop restaurant! This hotel has finally given the gorgeous update this space needed; both visually and the menu. Everything was delicious and for the most part fairly priced. We went on a packed Friday so the service was a little slow, but our server was very kind and the placed was so busy. The tacos were delicious as were the margaritas but so tasty I forgot to take a picture. Definitely good Mexican and a nicer vibe than most Mexican places. You can definitely come here all dressed up for a date night or girls dinner.
google avatar

Michelle H.

Yelp
This rooftop bar is on the top floor of the Current hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is decorated really beautifully. You only can do valet parking but it is complimentary if you go to the restaurant. The views of the water are gorgeous and it is great to take photos. The food is on the pricey end but the food was tasty. Surprisingly, our favorite dish was the mixed green salad. I would like to see more variety on the menu and the option to mix-and-match the tacos.
google avatar

Robin K.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate a friends birthday. Amazing views of the water along with the cool decor, loved it. They offer happy hour everyday from 3-6pm. Reservations aren't required for happy hour. Sheila was beyond amazing, she was quick with making us drinks and suggesting great food items. Paloma drink and Flautas were crowd favorite! We also tried dessert Flautas, very decadent. Compliments to the birthday boy. Overall, i was amazed with this place, it was unlike any hotel restaurant I've been to. 5 stars!

Marquese C.

Yelp
The food at Casa Cami is delicious. We stopped in for happy hour which is only at the bar and it was a fun time. Our bartender was very cool and professional. The ambiance is dope, the views are amazing! Everything food wise hit from the tacos to the fries I left completely full and satisfied. The guacamole is so good, I def recommend grabbing some during your visit. Parking is $10 in the parking garage attached to the hotel. Def plan to come back for more Casa Cami.
google avatar

Chelsea O.

Yelp
Came for the rooftop views, stayed for the guac--and also fled from the bugs. Casa Cami's rooftop has a stunning vantage point over Tampa Bay, but we had to abandon ship after tiny bugs from the nearby mangroves started swarming our drinks (and ankles). Thankfully, the host was incredibly kind and got us seated inside right away, saving the night. The menu leans eclectic Mexican, with a modern twist. The guacamole was generously portioned and flavorful, and the hamachi ceviche was a standout--super fresh with just the right kick. I also appreciated the zero-proof ranch water, which was a refreshing touch. Bug drama aside, it's a cool spot with good food, great service, and creative drinks--just maybe opt for indoor seating if the mangroves are feeling feisty.

Yelp
I loved this place! The hotel that it is in is gorgeous. We sat outside at first and it was so nice. Ox was our server and he was truly a delight, he made our experience a 10/10. We had frozen margaritas and the queso to start which were delicious. For entrees we shared the snapper, short rib fajitas and steak quesadilla. All 3 entrees were so good, we were stuffed. For dessert we tried the crema strawberry one and it was just okay. It is kind of a deconstructed cheesecake but it was a bit loose in texture and slightly sour. But, overall I truly enjoyed this spot and I'll definitely be back whenever I'm in Tampa again
google avatar

Yelp
Beautiful rooftop with an amazing view of the bay! Went here on a Monday night for dinner around 530pm. We had a reservation and were seated outside at a table! For summer, it is great because the tables are outside but are covered to protect you from the sun! I got the Al Pastor tacos and they were amazing! The dip trio was also great. It is a bit pricy but I feel as though the view and atmosphere make up for it!
google avatar

Reese G.

Yelp
TLDR; this place is lively with people and an energetic vibe. Great food and drinks, but longer than expected wait time and average service. Upon arrival for our reservation we were told that we'd have to wait a bit because the tables prior had not finished eating. We waited another 45mins before being sat. Not sure the relevancy of them eating or them running behind- adjust reservations. As far as food and drinks this place is spot on- the guac and queso was delicious and so flavorful of course accompanied with chips. The flautas were so tasty and the sauce underneath complimented perfect. The ceviche is what you would expect and had good flavor. The tuna taco were average simple because the shell was stale tasting. The short rib fajitas are delicious! I highly recommend- lots of meet, good veggie accompaniment and perfect flavor. Service was a flop for me, waiter was super nice but lagged in getting items for us or would forget request made. If the service was good then the place would be great!
google avatar

Karina D.

Yelp
We came to Casa Cami for brunch and had an amazing experience! My coconut margarita was SO good. My friend also enjoyed his watermelon margarita. We started with Nutella flautas (dessert first!) which were amazing. The cookie dough inside were so good. I would get that again and again. We also got the queso dip which we thought was just alright! We also got the chicken flautas that were 10/10 and a good carne asada quesadilla! Our server was Jaeda and she was extremely friendly and attentive! The views of the water are great and the music created a wonderful Latin vibe!
google avatar

Josselin G.

Yelp
What a LOVELY experience. I was nervous to come on a Friday evening with no reservations due to their capacity and popularity (highly recommended a reservation if possible). But the host was kind enough to give us one of the last walk in availabilities for 2 people! We waited about 10 minutes, and in that time we got a drink at the bar! When we were sat, we got an inside table with a great view! Upon coming you should know parking is paid unless you walk some, and it's about $11 for under 4 hours! Then you go into the hotel and take the elevator to the restaurant (it's labeled)! When you get off you are walked through a very dim lit hallway with trendy decor and paintings. One of my favorite things about Casa Cami, is not only the ambiance but the aesthetic of the restaurant! We ordered drinks that had great flavor and served quite quick. Once seated it took the server a little bit to get to us, but once we orders the food was served very timely. The chips and quac were amazing! Our meals were also delicious & delectable! I do recommend coming here and not being extremely hungry due to allergies portion sizing and cost, but it is a great place for an experience! Not to mention one of the best parts of the restaurant is the view outside! Since it is a "roof top" restaurant and bar, the views over look the water and bridge! You're able to sit and watch the planes take off and land while sipping and chatting with others. Overall I'm highly impressed, as it was a recommended place to try out! I can't wait to bring more people here and try out more drinks and food!
google avatar

Karissa M.

Yelp
I've heard a lot about it so it was time to try casa cami. We ordered the pollo al pastor tacos and the flautas. My fave was definitely the tacos, they are very small as they are appetizers but are very flavorful. The flautas were pretty good but could have been better. The green sauce they come with is very delicious, though. The view from the restaurant is gorgeous as it looks out onto the water. Service was nice and on top of it. The prices, though, are very steep and not fully in line with quantity/quality. It's located in a hotel on the top floor and provides paid parking. I would likely come back with out of town visitors for a special occasion.
google avatar

Arielle W.

Yelp
The food here was delicious! So flavorful and fresh. Service was good and the vibe was casual and calm, there was even mood lighting. Although the food was outstanding, it is such a bummer that chips and salsa aren't included. They are very expensive. Very foreign to me being from AZ where chips and salsa are implied and complimentary. Otherwise, everything was good.
google avatar

Shannon W.

Yelp
Absolutely stunning rooftop! So incredibly beautiful. We sat down and had guacamole to start and their hamachi crudo. Both came out right away. The server was very friendly and hospitable. For lunch I had the quesadilla with chicken, which was very vegetable heavy and tasty and my companions had the salad which looked really tasty. All and all a great experience. The hotel itself is stunning!
google avatar

Katrina M.

Yelp
Food was good! Service is great. Atmosphere, and vibe are giving tropics! I love feeling like I'm on vacation in my own home area! I prefer lunch/dinner over brunch. The drinks weren't as strong as I'd like, but still ok. Definitely try out the chorizo pizza, and barbacoa short rib fajita! Worth a visit if you enjoy rooftops, good food, and a vacay feeling!
google avatar

Delaney A.

Yelp
I'm honestly blown away that there are so many bad reviews after trying this place out. So blown away I had to come on here and set the record straight. The food was delicious and fresh. The drinks were also delicious and super fresh, made in house. The atmosphere was amazingggggg! That view cannot be beat! It was a bit hot on the day we were there but we wanted to sit outside specifically so we did it to ourselves. The service was awesome. They were kind, attentive, and really communicative. We will 100% be back.
google avatar

Meg B.

Yelp
What a vibe and a fun place to be! I came here with my party late on a Friday night. We couldn't get a reservation till 8 PM, but got there a little before to enjoy some drinks at the bar. We loveddd our food and the drinks were flowing. We even got a margarita pitcher for the table, which is fun to have for 3 or more people. We loved the aesthetic of the place and enjoyed being able to look out over the balcony. We hope to come back another time and hopefully sit outside to catch the sunset!
google avatar

Courtney C.

Yelp
Restaurant in the Current Autograph hotel. Parking is hella tricky! It isn't free. Taking the left into the restaurant you have to take an immediate left in the garage. You put your card but it charges you based on how long you're in the restaurant/hotel. Ours was $10 bc we were there under 2 hours. There is a garage across the street that has a $10 flat rate but initially we didn't know we'd have to pay. U have to walk out the garage and into the hotel, take the elevator to the restaurant. There are signs . Note: Happy Hour is ONLY available at the bar! We had reservations and was seated but switched to the bar once we were advised of the HH. The views are beautiful outside . Tho we had reservations, i didn't appreciate that my husband and I were seated in the far corner at a 4 top past a lot of tables set for 2 with a better view. The bartender was very informative & made great drinks. He gave nice conversation! The food was delicious & so were the drinks !
google avatar

Heidi B.

Yelp
Beautiful rooftop restaurant, the decor and ambience is great. What a view of Tampa. Servers were very friendly and looked after us so well. Dropped in for lunch, enjoyed the quesadilla and corn elote.
google avatar

Michelle J.

Yelp
The staff is great. The views are beautiful and the food was really good. I have to say that the drinks weren't good. I had a mocktail and it was watered down. Who water downs a mock tail but it was pretty bad. It was giving true flair but they looked pretty. My friends drink was an alcoholic beverage and was watered down too. They remade his drink. I just let it go. I would go back for the view and food but probably just order water.
google avatar

Bella T.

Yelp
Overall- great experience. Unfortunately I had a reservation for 8:30 and when I arrived they quite literally told me, "We're not sure when you'll be seated yet because its pretty busy right now" .. but aside the hiccup, we sat down and ordered this layout of food and it was truly delicious. Service was definitely a bit backed up, but I'm going to guess thats what a typical Friday night is like here.
google avatar

Lynandrea L.

Yelp
Ambiance on . Service was amazing! Wait was very knowledgeable about the menu and his recommendations was on point. The food was fast, hot and cooked to perfection. Had a lechee magatita and it was delicious. The view was great for our girls day put. We will definitely be back.
google avatar

Bruce F.

Yelp
The views that you can see from this place are breathtaking. The location allows you to get vies from multiple directions. The food in my opinion is okay and looking at the portion sizes you may think you are eating at a fine dining establishment, but unfortunately the quality is just not there. The appetizers are definitely better than the main courses.
google avatar

Bridys H.

Yelp
The ambiance is so simple and tasteful. The staff and service was 10/10. Food and cocktails were good. Luis was our waiter and he was very attentive and gave us suggestions that were delicious. We were celebrating our 26th anniversary, and they have us a nice little dessert and champagne, very nice touch
google avatar

Lee L.

Yelp
Casa Cami is aesthetically very pleasing. I think it's prob a great place to get drinks and enjoy the sunset and the beautiful view. The service was somewhat slow when we went on a Saturday for brunch, but the place fills up pretty quickly so I'm sure service is affected when it's so busy. An Instagram girl's dream for pics, which was evident from the parties of girls outside taking photo's - the setting is really beautiful. Will be back at some point for drinks.
google avatar

Tina J.

Yelp
Came for girls night on a Thursday evening. Wasnt super busy and they gave us the option of sitting in/out. The West Ham soccer team was staying at the hotel this same weekend! Food- good but the menu is super simple. Gauc-- good but nothing special Pollo tacos- good, surprised it had pinapple Carne asada tacos- even better Drinks- strong! so thats either good or bad depending on the person Guava- Daaiquiri- says its rum but smelled and tasted like tequila and i couldnt taste any guava sweetness. I got it a 2nd time with extra gauva syrup and still didnt taste it. My friend got the spicy marg twice and loved it. Service- OK/mid. The waitress never came with the napkin I asked for, nor did she ask us about dessert which we wanted but by the time we got someone's attention, the kitchen was closed. Vibes- obviously a beautiful rooftop view! cute and modern decor, nothing Mexican about it though. We were there till about 11pm and thought theyd play fun party music but it was still mellow stuff. note this is a rooftop restaurant/bar on top of the Current Hotel. Theres valet for $10, self park garage parking for $5. Return? definitely for a happy hour or light bites Recommend? yes, the views are worth it

Yelp
I've been trying to come since they opened, and we finally got the chance to, my best friend's birthday! We had a blast, guacamole and queso were on point, later we ordered the flautas and they were so delicious! Do yourself a favor and order the flautas! The vibes are immaculate, it was a rainy day but that didn't change the vibe. The bar is beautiful and they got a great liquor lineup. They have tequilas like el Tesoro, which is one of my favorites. I ordered a ranch water and it was very good! I have to come back when it's not raining! It's a great place for a date night or drinks with your friends! I bet the sunset is amazing here. Lexy was our waitress and she did such a great job! Her suggestions and service were top notch! I'm coming back for sure. Hands down to this nice spot!

Yelp
Casa Cami is a must try. It's located inside the Current Hotel with amazing views. We decided to stop by for brunch and was stunned with the breathtaking views of Tampa Bay. The hostess immediately greeted us but was slow to seat us. We opted to sit outside to soak up some rooftop views but take note it is hot during the summer. We ordered and food was delicious. I got the Benedict at it was better than your typical eggs Benny. Can't wait to go back and try finer here. My only gripe is the parking situation. You can either valet or self park which self parking is not attached to the building. We opted to valet and it took forever for them to bring back the car.

Yelp
Came with a group of people and had a good time. The drink menu was large and food menu a nice one pager :-). Appetizers were great. Had the guacamole, chips and salsa, queso and I thought the Chorizo Pizza was awesome. For entrees the Barbacoa Short Rib Fajitas got rave reviews. I had the Bistec steak, which was yummy as well. Prices are a bit high, but convenient location at the hotel and the sunset view is awesome.

Yelp
Talk about dinner with a view... Casa Cami is a newer Mexican inspired restaurant in Tampa located on the rooftop at the @currenttampa. How gorgeous is that view???? Huge windows with all around views of the water. STUNNING. The decor makes you feel like you've been transported from the second you get off the elevator. The guac was so good. We devoured it before I could ever get a picture. A few of us got the mixed green salad and it was great. The shrimp was a 10/10. The Chorizos Pizza was the favorite of the meal. Not only was it delicious but look at how beautiful it's presented. Not only was the food fantastic, somehow the drinks were even better. The traditional and spicy margs were the HITs of our experience. Our server Rachel was great. We were a larger group and she handled it with no problem :) A random find but I am so glad we found this place. Great way to start our weekend :) Check out my post on instagram to see and hear more about my experience: @phone_munchies

Yelp
Casa Cami was a 10/10 experience from the views, to the service to the food and drinks. I came to have a quick lunch to welcome family into town for my birthday weekend. It was great. Parking, they offer valet, we did valet versus searching the area. It was quick and easy and $10 I think +tip. Upon arrival, we were greeted and they began getting the table ready. We hung at the bar while we waited. It did take a moment to be greeted at the bar as no one was attending it for a few moments, but once she arrived, she was great. Now let me pause to say that the prices are $$-$$$. We were seated outside and the view is nothing short of beautiful no matter the table, just get the seat facing the view lol. The service was great. Our waitress was nice. We order a few things, I LOVE the queso and guacamole! Order two because the table is going to eat it up! Lol I order the carne asada tacos, perfectly cooked. I was surprised that the three filled me. They appeared small but it was OK. You get 3, flour tortillas. Don't hesitate, make a reservation and go! We went during the day time so it was nice and sunny.

Yelp
I am so glad that Casa Cami opened in this beautiful rooftop location! Rocky Point needs more consistent restaurants like this one. I have been here twice now, and I would def go back! They have a ton of craft cocktails to try. I personally go the Mexico City Mule, and I loved it. Thank you for having a vodka option at a Mexican place! The food is also very delicious. My friend and I split the guacamole. It came with corn and black corn chips, which was a nice variety. For my meal, I got the pollo asado tacos. They were marinated very well, and the pineapple was the perfect touch. I used the guac on my tacos, and it was such a good flavor combo. Our server was very nice and attentive. I would highly recommend checking out this place sometime soon!

Yelp
The good Great views and friendly servers. The bad Small portions including cocktails with prices that are just way too high for tacos . The ugly Filled with wanna be 20 something yoga influencers trying to get the perfect sunset picture with their besties. News flash- nobody cares. Sit-down and be in the moment instead of OMGing and instafacetweetsnaptikking.

Yelp
Unmatched views and incredible food! The drinks are also always delicious. A bit pricey and the service can be slow but the atmosphere is second to none.

Yelp
My boyfriend and I had a date night here on a Saturday, we had reservations and we were seated promptly. Austin was our server and he had such a great attitude and had great food recommendations for us. We ordered the queso frito and the flautas to start - the queso frito was really tasty, it's A LOT of cheese (obviously), so having another dish to break up the cheesiness was nice. The flautas were probably my favorite dish of the entire night - they're SO good, I would go back to Casa Cami solely for those flautas lol For our main dish we ordered the barbacoa short rib fajitas, we shared this platter and I'm glad we did because there's plenty of food for sharing on this entree. The short rib was delicious too - highly recommend trying this dish because the flavor was fantastic. I ordered a margarita - no complaints there either. The parking is pretty packed - this is at the top of a hotel, so the parking situation isn't the BEST, but we found parking without too much difficulty on a Saturday night, which surprised us. The views are stunning - a great view of the water, and the sunset if you time it right. We made reservations for 7pm on a Saturday, this gave us time to be seated and watch the sunset - 10/10 recommend sunset dinners here, it's breathtaking.

Yelp
It's with great disappointment and regret that I had to change my review. Maybe our first experience was just a fluke but this most recent visit will deter us from coming back. We had reservations for 8:15 but our table was not ready when we arrived at 8:04. No big deal we thought. We stood at the bar for 40 minutes looking at empty tables and counting down when we would be sat as we watched others seat before us. There was this makeshift table placed in a doorway. After standing for 40 minutes and joking that the makeshift table is for people with no revelations, they then tried to seat us at the makeshift table. The table was just as bad as standing for 40 minutes so we declined the crappy table. We had seen an empty table for two in the loud, brightly lit dining area not far from the makeshift table which sat vacant for at least 30 minutes so we inquired about it. The hostess said "that table is not available." During a seating crisis all empty tables should be available to patrons with reservations. Two seats then opened at the bar at 8:50 so after standing nearly an hour with reservations for a table we sat at the bar. Though we didn't want to eat so late, it was our only option. We each ordered an appetizer, a salad, and an entree which all came out at the same time. The bartender was sympathetic to our plight so she served us a drink on the house. Moral of the story: Reservations or not--it doesn't matter here. You're gonna wait a while for a table so why bother with making reservations? Just show up. The food is great but they have a seating crisis. Pictured in this review is the oddly placed makeshift table they tried to seat us at.

Yelp
My niece and I had Sunday brunch at Casa Cami. Although it's one of my favorite places to catch the sunset while sipping a nice cocktail, it's my first time for brunch. We had great service as usual. My niece said her French toast was overly sweet but I enjoyed my dish which I forgot the name. Nothing beats brunch and a perfect view, so it was a nice experience.

Yelp
Casa Cami was fantastic! I highly recommend checking this place out! They have amazing views placed on top of the hotel on the 10th floor roof, overlooking the water and the food is as good as the views! We had great service and amazing views with a remarkable view the entire time!
