I had a really lovely stay here. The space is clean and comfortable. The staff/hosts were kind and very helpful, which made the experience feel very welcoming and safe as a solo traveller. Communication was smooth, and I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay. I’d happily return.

Confortable venue, and oasis of peace amidst the bustling and lively area. Fantastic service in particular Alfonso and his team, who were always extra caring, as well as Karen's spot on advice for excursions and activities. Casa Canabal is a wonderful hotel to stay at when in Cartagena. It's in the Getsemani neighborhood, just near the old City area. The hotel is lovely, comfortable, with excellent air conditioning, on a delightful street loaded with bars, restaurants and alive with people and music. The staff here is the best!! Always helpful and gracious. Breakfast was great, with a selection of fruits, yogurt, eggs, etc. When we arrived, they upgraded our room. So if you are visiting Cartagena, this is the place to stay. Forget the hotels near the beach; Casa Canabal is the true spirit of Cartagena.

One of the best hotels I’d been stayed. Even though is located in a busy street, once you cross the doors of the hotel , the place is an oasis of peace , beauty and relaxation. The breakfast (included) was amazing and an outstanding service. Super friendly people. Highly recommended

Had a lovely stay at Casa Canabal! The hotel is clean and beautiful. The rooftop was especially fun with a small but nice pool. The staff here are very kind as well, particularly Rosamy and Freddy. Rosamy in particular was so nice and helpful with any questions or problems. Freddy is in charge of the wonderful complimentary breakfast spread the hotel puts out each morning. My only complaint is that our toilet had some plumbing issues but these were easily fixed once we spoke to the maid —- who is also fantastic. A great place to stay as you see Cartagena!

The hotel was amazing ! It is smaller than your regular hotel but very nice, clean, private and in the local area which is a plus. Breakfast was included as well very delicious and fresh. Everything was walking distance no need for cab. The staff was amazing shout out to Rosmy for being so patient with us and giving out recommendations during our trip. Special shout out as well to Alfonso!! He was the very BEST. Very attentive always helping out and super responsive. He made my friends and I feel very special during our whole stay. Definitely recommend 10/10!!!! You won’t regret it.

I stayed at Casa Canabal, and a daily breakfast is included in that stay. I have to honestly say that Alfonso and Yoanna’s breakfast spreads and service were the one of the highlights of my trip to Cartagena. Everything was delicious, and they were very gracious and attentive to all arriving guests. Thank you both for everything! 🙏🏼
