On this remote corner in the north of Peru, in the midst of the dusty noisy streets of Tumbes, I found Hotel Casa Cesar an oasis; a restful clean little Hotel. The moment I walked in I was greeted in a friendly manner, which made my little knowledge of Spanish and their basic English work like a charm. The rooms are sparse bright and comfortable, impecably clean and cheery. Service was personal and when making inquiries the front desk person made sure I was directed to my destination. Unlike my experience in small hotels in Peru everything worked, the AC, TV the radio, etc. The included american style breakfast served in the tiny but friendly dining area was a complete and a boost. Next time I come to Tumbes I will return to this Hotel

Es un buen lugar para pasar una estadía tranquila. Incluye desayuno y la habitación tiene lo necesario. La cama me pareció muy dura e incómoda y no tienen ascensor. Solo por eso le doy 4 estrellas.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, para sentirse como en casa. Todos los que son parte del staff son muy atentos, amables y carismáticos. Además, cuenta con habitaciones muy bien equipadas y cómodas. Lo recomiendo 100%, vuelvo cada semana.
