⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Casa Cook El Gouna is one of those rare places you don’t just “like to visit” — it’s a place you genuinely come back to. I’ve been there twice now, and it’s already clear: I’ll be returning. The resort is adults-only, incredibly stylish, and at the same time wonderfully relaxed. The bungalows/suites are a real highlight: very clean, lots of concrete, clear lines, high-end finishes — modern, quiet, and thoughtfully designed. And the private pool is absolutely breathtaking, especially if you just want to fully switch off. Everything is consistently spotless, tidy, and very well maintained. And then the food: unbelievably good. Breakfast is amazing — top quality, great variety, and it feels like a small daily highlight. But the most important thing is the team. I’ve rarely experienced service that’s this warm, attentive, and personal. The staff remembers individual preferences, sometimes even guests’ names, and some even speak very good German. From housekeeping to the kitchen staff to management: everyone is courteous, present without being intrusive — and above all genuinely kind. If you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful place that truly feels like arriving and unwinding: Casa Cook El Gouna is an easy 5/5.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, offered a lot of privacy, and it was super quiet, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The staff were absolutely amazing! Whether it was room service, reception, the kitchen, or the restaurant service. Everyone was incredibly friendly. When we left, we were actually a little sad because we felt so warmly welcomed. Special thanks to Osama and Waheed from the service team – they both did a fantastic job and felt like friends. We felt completely comfortable and truly have nothing negative to say. The food was excellent, the kitchen did an outstanding job. It felt more like dining in a fine-dining restaurant than in a hotel. Everything was clean and well maintained at all times. The room was thoroughly cleaned every day and everything was neatly taken care of. Definitely a strong recommendation for anyone who needs a break and wants to feel comfortable and relaxed. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Cook El Gouna. The hotel has a beautiful, minimalist boho design that feels both stylish and relaxing. Our room with sea view was great, waking up and sipping coffee while looking at the water was amazing. The breakfast buffet is huge, you will find everything you want. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Thanks to Fatmah at breakfast, Moustafa at Reception and everyone at the restaurant and pool bar (sorry we did not get all the names). Highly recommend for couples or anyone looking for a chic, laid back holiday in El Gouna!

Third Stay at Casa Cook During our third visit, the hotel once again impressed us with its organization, service, and overall quality. Mohamed Gamal from housekeeping worked very reliably and with great attention to detail. The room maintenance was consistently at a high standard. The kitchen under the direction of Chef Omar offered very good quality throughout our stay. The falafel cooking class was particularly enjoyable and gave us interesting insights into the preparation. At breakfast, Fatma prepared fresh omelettes daily and ensured a pleasant start to the day. The service team, including Kamil, Salid, Khaled, Eiad, and Waheed, was attentive and professional. The pool team, Ahmed, Gomaa, and Mohamed, also ensured a smooth and comfortable experience. Overall, once again a very satisfying stay with a high standard of service in all areas.

An unforgettable stay at Casa Cook El Gouna. From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel felt calm, stylish, and effortlessly luxurious. The design is beautiful, the atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and every detail has clearly been thought through to create the perfect escape. The service was truly exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuine. A very special thank you to Moustafa, who made us feel like we had reached home after a long trip. His kindness and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay and made it even more special. And we can’t forget Adal, who served the finest falafel I’ve ever eaten — absolutely delicious and something we’ll be dreaming about long after leaving. Casa Cook El Gouna is an incredible place. We have had a few day passes previously but had never stayed overnight. The service is genuinely exceptional – every member of staff was friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. The suites are excellent: spacious, spotless and finished to a very high standard. The main pool has a great atmosphere without feeling overcrowded, and the lattes were genuinely some of the best I’ve had on holiday. Breakfast was a highlight – fresh food, plenty of choice, and everything cooked to order. Evening meals were à la carte with a good selection and consistently good quality. The Bedouin themed night was excellent, both the food and the entertainment were spot on and felt well thought out rather than a token gesture. Overall, for the price and the level of service, I’d say this is the best hotel in El Gouna. I cannot wait to return in June with our friends. Ross & Lea - 5008

I came here after a very demanding period at work, hoping to find a beautiful hotel that truly offers rest — and that’s exactly what I found. The location by the sea is wonderful and incredibly peaceful. The design of the entire property is beautifully done, and the hotel itself is excellently equipped. The gym is thoughtfully laid out, and there is a sauna, a steam room, and a stunning hammam that are all freely accessible. The food is exceptionally good. I actually thought I didn’t like baklava — until I tried it here. The staff are exceptionally kind. Hagar, in particular, was wonderfully attentive and truly supportive throughout my stay. The weather at the end of January wasn’t ideal, so next time I would probably come no earlier than the end of February. But the hotel itself is truly remarkable.

We recently stayed for the second time at Casa Cook and can’t recommend it enough. The hotel has such a calm, stylish atmosphere, with beautiful, spacious rooms that are thoughtfully designed and perfectly maintained. The breakfast is truly delicious – fresh, generous, and a highlight every morning. What really sets Casa Cook apart is the service: everything is taken care of seamlessly. And the staff… incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely warm. You feel welcome and looked after from the moment you arrive. All in all, a place where you can fully unwind and enjoy every moment.
