We got this place recommended by friends who always come to casa cottage when in Bangalore and we also saw its great rating in the lonely planet 🧡 we loved this place, we booked one of the best rooms and felt really comfortable. The staff was super helpful when we arrived with last minute transportation issues. The location is amazing and even allows to safely arrive to a lot of places by foot. The breakfast consisted of some indian delicacies as well as toast and bananas, which was enough for us.|All in all a great guesthouse, we will definitelly come back!

This place has become my second home in Bangalore. I just love the vibe of this place. Its a nice green bungalow which is converted in to guest rooms with all the required amenities. Spacious rooms & corridoor. Perfect location. I love to stay here. Tired of 5star business hotel. I like this homely feel place.

A lovely green, peaceful place in the middle of the city. |Nice and clean room, good bed. Good shower, warm water. Lots to choose from at breakfast. |I was on a short stay before a flight and could really relax.|Nice to walk around Bangalore. |Thank you!

we were there during 15 - 20 Nov 2024. Its a good location near to many important places. First floor is not good for aged travelers as spiral staircase gives you a horrible experience. All rooms are not the same size or facilities, the one we were offered inititally room 14 which is not at all good and not worth of money. The best is Room 18 which we feel is worth of money. Bfast is mostly of asian food with only banana as a fruit.......Overall its an average place to stay. No bill was given to me after we exit the place. Managers Magaraj and Charles lazer were very helpful

For me this was the best stay of our trip. It's an oasis of tranquility in a very busy city. We were given a warm welcome and soon checked into room 7. Little issue where we thought there was no hot water but they'd had some repair work and the hour tap was now cold and we had to use chips for tap to get hot. Lovely fan in the room which kept it nice and cool and avoided the need to use the aircon. The room was very spacious with a 2 seater sofa, a coffee table and a large fridge. The room was very clean and was kept so through our stay. The room safe was actually bolted down, which was a huge plus point as typically in India we found they were just loose in wardrobe. Tea and coffee facilities in room and water was bottled up daily for you. Hot water tank was enough for two people to shower with. The shower gel provided was really nice. Staff were so very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice, with homemade fresh made dosa being really tasty. Nice little areas to sit and relax. Due to a really poor flight time we had seen excessive wait time between check out and flight. They were willing to keep luggage safe for us but also gave an option of a smaller room (number 8) for a good price. It meant we could have another day exploring, a shower, a relax and a few hours sleep. We took this option. Room 8 was smaller but if you wanted to save a bit on your stay and don't mind lack of fridge, sofa or kettle then it's a perfect size room for resting body and soul after a day exploring Bangalore. Truly amazing value for money. I can't recommend Casa Cottage highly enough.

Casa Cottage was a wonderful place to stay for my first time visiting Bangalore, and India! The on-site staff were all very friendly and helpful in making my day easy, whether that’s keeping the room refreshed, cooking breakfast, or providing recommendations, they were always really kind and helpful. The property is quaint and beautiful. An oasis, of sorts, tucked seemingly in the alley of a bustling Bangalore neighborhood. That said of course, the rooms were always quiet whenever I needed downtime to beat jet lag or rest. It’s also a great area to catch a cab. I could reliably order a a cab in a few minutes or less using the apps, which I recommend if you don’t speak a local language. Lastly, WiFi is good, beds are soft, and breakfast is great (try the dosa). I’d absolutely make this my accommodation next time I visit Bangalore!

The photos and descriptions on their website are misleading. I booked a "Deluxe Room". On the website, it says "The rooms open to the lush green garden", which is not true. To be honest, they have a nice garden. Unfortunately, the room I got did not open to it, instead, it was on the first floor with access to a tiny patio. When I raised my question to the hotel, they claim that patio is equivalent to the garden, which is hardly acceptable to me. I stayed there for 3 nights, and for the 3rd night, the hotel asked me to move to another room because they needed a twin-bed room for their next guest. The room finally gets real access to the "garden". However, I realised that room was 50% larger than my previous one, and they just put the rooms with very different sizes under the same category "Deluxe Room", and I can see the photos of this larger room on their website, that's why I was misled that this should be the room I expected, not the previous small one without garden access. Disappointed that the hotel uses misleading photos and description to confuse its guests.

This is such a peaceful and lovely place to stay. Beautiful garden, lovely rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great location. Loved our short stay and will definitely stay here again if we come back to Bangalore.
