We had a great stay at Casa da Companhia in Porto. The hotel is beautiful with a perfect mix of old and new. The front has that historic charm while the back, where our room was, feels modern and upscale. Our room had a nice view of the city and the church, and out of the five hotels we stayed at in Portugal, this one was by far the nicest.
The room was super modern with great lighting and an awesome shower. Breakfast was probably the best we had during our trip, and the service was truly five star. The only downside is that cars can’t pull right up, so we had to be dropped off one street over and walk up a steep incline, but the location makes up for it. You’re right in the middle of everything and it’s easy to walk anywhere.
We also had dinner here on our last night and it was fantastic. The sangria was incredible, the octopus rice was spectacular and the food was excellent. Highly recommend this place and we’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Porto.
