This place is incredible! The Casa da Guia is located in an amazing spot in Cascais, close to Guincho Beach (one of the best in Portugal), on the verge of a cliff beside the sea - it's breathtaking. Among all the great restaurants you will find here my favorite is the smallest one, located in the balcony right on the building's entrance. Try an ice cold beer on tap with some cod with Portuguese toasts and salad or crepes while you enjoy the best view of the sea.

A lovely house and grounds overlooking the sea with several boutique shops. We had a really great meal and there’s also a couple of things for kids to enjoy. However, we didn’t find any baby change!

It's a kind of hip and trendy bar/shopping area, built in and around an old historic house. Grab a drink while listening to the waves. A great place for kids. Bring your dog too! Try to park within the complex if possible.

Considering the prices charged, there should be enough to keep the place clean but lots of it is strewn with rubbish, bottles etc, especially the car park.

Great location for views of the cliff edges (a smaller version of the Cliffs of Moher,County Clare, Ireland but worth a look) and interesting commune for nature loving entertainment

Good place to enjoy the beach from the cliff and the restaurants in there are quite OK
