Casa de Avila Hotel

One of the best hotels we stayed at. Very friendly staff always willing to help. The breakfast had a large variety of fruits.a lot of choices. The hotel let us check-in early for a small fee. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely garden hotel conveniently located for walking and also for excursion pick ups. Probably the friendliest and most helpful front desk staff I have ever met. Great breakfast each morning. Our go-to hotel in Arequipa! Secure and easy luggage storage for the long overnight treks.

We had a fabulous stay, the staff and we mean all the staff we extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is excellent with a 5 minute walk to the plaza de mayors. The gardens were inviting and comfortable. There was use of a communal room. The room was clean and well equipped. Great stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The buffet breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to make sure guests feel welcomed. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable, making for a truly restful experience. Highly recommended

Confortable clean beds. The best hot water and shower pressure and a lovely garden courtyard to relax and take a break from the hustle of the city. The hotel is very close to the main square, restaurants etc and easy access for tour operators to pick you up. Such a wonderful family stay.

Room with king size bed was spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay and the same as all the other breakfast offerings at hotels/hostels throughout Peru. ||We stored luggage for a few days to tour hike Colca Canyon. Super convenient and no problem. Staff helped arrange this tour.||Cooking class offered at the hotel was great.||Early morning (4am and 5am) attendant was not the friendliest and seemed out off he had to unlock doors for us to attend tour(s).

Casa de Avila is close to everything you want to see and experience. Tons of great restaurants, tour operators, stores, banking, and more. Away from the loud crowds but close enough you won’t miss out on anything. Hood breakfast, comfy beds.

Very helpful front desk staff. Spacious bedrooms and quiet location walking distance to the plaza. Beautiful, well maintained gardens.
