There is some really interesting history here about Andorra. Great site to walk around and learn about this country. I really liked the cabinet that had separate key holes where each representative from various parts of Andorra all need to be present with their individual keys to open the whole cabinet.

It is very unique building. I read a lot of information about Andorra. Should visit Casa de la Vall. Entrance fee 5€. Andorra's most iconic landmarks, located in the capital city of Andorra la Vella. Built in 1580, this historic building originally served as a manor house for the Busquets family before becoming the seat of the General Council of Andorra (the country's parliament) in 1702. It remained the parliament building until 2011. Inside, visitors can see the old parliament hall, where important decisions shaping Andorra's history were made.

Casa de la Vall in Andorra la Vella captivated me with its charming stone architecture and deep historical significance as Andorra’s former parliament. Walking through its preserved interiors, I felt immersed in the country’s cultural and political heritage, especially admiring the beautiful murals and the old courtroom. It’s a must-see for anyone interested in history and Andorran traditions. The ticket is 5 euros and you get an audio guide.

This is such an interesting place to visit in Andorra Old Town! It opened at ten and we were straight in to go upstairs to see the beautiful dining room with a snug little kitchen next door. The Council Chamber is very formal, red leather seating on the sides and a minty green for the seats around the table. Easy to visualise the two Princes responsible for Andorra meeting to try to see eye to eye, but nowadays one of the "Princes" is actually the President of France, and I do not suppose he would ever visit the Casa de la Vall.

Andorra is such a beautiful country to drive through, and Andorra la Vella is a lovely little town surrounded by mountains. I believe it's just as beautiful here in winter, so I'll have to come back. ✌️

Neat little historic house, central setting in Andorran history. Well worth the 5€ entry fee. Can see everything in half an hour, or closer to an hour listening to everything on the audio guide (free with entry) including the additional tidbits offered at the end of each exhibit.

Very informative and a cool place to visit when in Andorra. The audio guide explained everything in great detail. The map guide and the directions was a bit confusing. There are some nice books in the shop.
