We were charged when we made our reservation, and they insisted on charging my card again when we arrived, even though I said we had already paid. When I showed the confirmation email saying we had paid, they said it was “automatic” response and didn’t mean anything. They did not respond or refund our money when I sent a copy of my credit card statement showing we were charged twice. Only stay here if you can show up without making an advance reservation, or if you are willing to pay double.
