The place is clean and well managed with good location. Owner is kind amd helpfull. Value for money. All facilities which are mentioned are available in the room. Had good experience of stay.

Booked a room here for 4 nights, and finally stayed for all my stay in Goa. The owners are nice and friendly family, rented a motorbike from them as well (needed to leave my passport as a deposit, but I didn't feel uncomfortable about that). At first, stayed in a Basic room in a low building next to the owners' home - indeed, it's just a basic room with an outside bathroom, the main downside for me being not the facilities but poor mobile network signal (I worked online during my stay). Moved to the room on the top floor of the new building, and it was really nice, clean, new and with balcony, if not slightly more expensive compared to what I normally pay in India. No Wi-Fi, but that's not a problem if you have a mobile phone with an Internet package (I have Airtel sim card, but Idea seems to work much better in this particular place). Located in Chapora - not near the sea beach (there's wide Chapora river in front), but with motorbike it's not a problem, and, well, Chapora is more famous for it's hippie nightlife, so it's a special place. The central street of Chapora, where the action happens, is within 10 minutes walk, or 2 minutes with a motorbike, so it's not a problem either way. Vagator and Anjuna are easily accessible by motorbike as well.

Great place, clean and spacious room, helpful and friendly owners, thank you for looking well afore me, will definitely recommend this place to anyone, and will be back.

The Owner is very nice and helpful.. no matter what problems you have. he helped me with my scooter and gave me good tips. the room however is very basic. the bed is quiet hard and the noise from the club next door (house of Chapora) is a bit annoying. the shower is barely worked. Not really satisfying dor the price i paid. it was the time of a famous festival (karakus maracus). so maybe it's a lot cheaper at different times. like this the cost-value ratio wasn't good.

5 star ratings for in budget home stay. Awesome and really cordial host. Located very near to beach side and Chapora jetty. It's like just a couple of minutes walk to the jetty and beach side. I booked a studio room with balcony at a very reasonable price. Room is quite nice with sucked bathroom and balcony. Surrounded by natural beauty it's really calm and quite place to chill out. Communication is very easy. You can get rented scooter or bike. That's the best way to tour Goa.

I would write a detailed review for people to decide. Best thing 1) owner edmund is awesome and always helpfull and guiding if any problem. 2) location is simply awsum I really can't describe it how beautifully it's located . Previously I stayed in hummingbird apt which is like 500 metre before this but I still consider casa de olga best if staying in vagator. 3) night life near by awsum, silent chapora beach awsum. Things to really work on or improve upon 1) after paying approx 7k per day we would atleast expect basic necessities like wifi since the deluxe individual room ground floor barricaded with plastic no mobile signal or wifi comes so to call or get internet u have to go out from ur the building which is really Painfull after paying such a huge amount of 7k/day . 2) utensils were dirty had gravy like thing on two plates, no pot for tea making I was making tea in cooker. Just a request please keep all usable utensils since people are booking homestay not hotel. 3) cleaner comes evey two days that's fine but if you can keep one broomstick in every room it would be easier for us to clean when we want and when room is dirty not wait for ur cleaner to come. Also only for garbage disposal if it can happen daily it would so wonderful. Still I will say it's best place to stay in vagator if edmund sir can really enhance our homestay experience and make us feel like staying at home even at casa de olga and does few improvement

The place is managed by Edmund and Elfa, a very down to earth couple. Well maintained property. However, there are a few tweaks required to make it even better. The room size is just OK as I'm one of those who do not spend much on stay once in Goa. So I liked the room. 24hours water, hot water available. Place and its surrounding is very peaceful and full of greenery. Must visit!
