Casa dei Delfini

We were absolutely delighted when we entered the lobby! A young man warmly welcomed us and took us to our rooms. They were even nicer than the photos on the website. The stone walls and high ceilings are very impressive. The fridge was bigger than most hotel fridges plus a very modern bathroom. We had a lovely patio to sit outside to enjoy our morning tea and an ice cold beer in the afternoon. Ten on the cleanliness scale! Beautiful breakfast in the morning room with fresh made eggs to order. The bonus is the location! Right in the centre of Old Town with restaurants and shops galore. A short walk to the marina with more wonderful restaurants. A fabulous highlight on our visit to Crete. Highly recommend to make this your destination in Rethymnon.

A gem of a small hotel, brimming with character, comforts and charm - an oasis of quiet despite being in the midst of the vibrant, bustling old town. Stunning room with terrace, glorious public space, decent breakfast. All very classy. Welcoming and friendly management team. Would heartily recommend.

A lovely hotel situated a short stroll to the old town but feels quiet and calm. The room was a good size and had everything we needed as well as having some characterful features. Breakfast was lovely. All the staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants relaxing stay whilst also wanting to be in the middle of the bustle of the old town.

This beautiful hotel in the heart of the Old Town offers a wonderful stay. The rooms are light, spacious, well equipped and offer a peaceful oasis. The restoration of this beautiful building is superb. Kostantinos is more than helpful and kind, as are his staff. The breakfasts are delicious. The hotel is just a short stroll away from the many restaurants and the picturesque harbour. There are lots of shops, but for us thearcheological museum was definitely worth visiting. We had a great time and can't fault the Casa dei Delfini.

Casa Dei Delfini is full of charm, perfectly located in the old town—quiet, yet close to shops, tavernas, and the harbor. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had lovely traditional touches.||Each morning started with a delicious homemade breakfast in the peaceful courtyard, which really added to the experience.||Konstantinos was a wonderful host—so warm, welcoming, and full of great local recommendations. We felt truly looked after. Highly recommend this special place!

We stayed 15 nights in October and had a great time. Wonderful location, beautiful house and great people.
