Long story short: my husband purchased three pieces of jewelry, and two of them broke within a week of wearing them. We were told that any repairs or adjustments would be done for free—likely a promise they made because we’re foreigners (little did they know we visit every few months).
One of the items, a bracelet gifted to my mother-in-law, needed to be resized. They tried to charge her $50 USD for the adjustment, despite their earlier promise. After a lot of back-and-forth over email, they eventually agreed to fix it.
The second issue was with my ring—the gem completely fell off less than a month after purchase. I went in and explained how disappointed I was, especially since I was told the gem would “never come off.” The gentleman said they’d fix it by assembling it differently. Two hours later, I returned only to find they had simply glued it back on and added polish to make it look “shinier.” It looked messy, felt scratchy, and clearly wasn’t properly repaired. They asked me to wait even longer to speak with someone else.
Bottom line: they are extremely overpriced, and the quality does not match the cost. I do NOT recommend them. I now have a ring I can’t even wear—very disappointing.
